coming from to fund these conferences. Judging by the PDF looks like maybe years of planning such an undertaking.

Looks like they want to train those in the 'system' who have any positions of authority first. This in effect makes those people 'informers'.

We the people, are not supposed to know about this since it wasn't reported. Most likely they don't want us to ask probing questions.

Before they 'release' this disease they have planned, they want to ensure 'their' systems are all trained and ready to 'process us'.

Is this why Obama's campaign masonic logo showed a 'setting' sun because it is the end of the USA as we know it?

the Obamabots would claim it's a rising sun, not a setting one. Typical example of how the Masons have two explanations for all their symbols: the one they peddle to their low level members and the general public, and the real one.
