It's Real: Video: Massachusetts: Forced Vaccination or Quarantine ..... $1,000 Fine Per Day, 30 Days Prison

Is the time getting shorter....
or is it just me.

What to do if force vaccinated:

Dr Russell L. Blaylock, a highly-respected neurosurgeon, who has authored three books on nutrition and wellness,
including Health And Nutrition Secrets That Can Save Your Life, recently spoke with Dr Bill Deagle,
MD of The Nutrimedical Report about some proven natural, readily accessible solutions that may help deal
with the toxic effects of A/H1N1 vaccines.

1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection
as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction.
Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day.
If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.

The balance of the 15 items on the list can be found HERE.

MA Population Density

Massachusetts — Population - Density: 809.8 People per square mile
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massachusetts
Here in Arizona we have 55 people per square mile.
The East Coast is a giant incubator....
I truly suspect forced vaccinations are almost
a foregone conclusion. Therefore.... I would seriously look at the
link posted above from Dr. Blaylock on "What to do if force vaccinated"
and print it out.

This MIGHT be

the scariest thing I've seen in my life... next to when the Alien popped-out of that guy's stomach in the original film.

What do you expect

from this socialist state. MA citizens voted these assclowns in office.

I guess it's time for these MA voters to "WAKE THE HELL UP ALREADY".

I agree,

but remember that I live in MA.

and Michael Nystrom lives in MA.

and we are both awake, but our fellow statesmen are not.

Where is the Statement About Vaccination?

I understand if they failed to be quarantined they can be fined, but I heard nothing about if they fail to take the vaccine they can be fined. Could someone point that out specifically?

Sheep....

There will be no fine.... for sheep. (vaccinated or quarantined/isolated.... your choice)
It only gets expensive if you're a goat.

At least it pays

(f) (1) When the commissioner or a local public health authority requires a resident wage earner to be isolated or quarantined, or requires isolation or quarantine of a child under fifteen years of age of whom the wage earner has custody and responsibility, or otherwise interferes with following of his or her employment for the protection of public health, he or she shall be deemed eligible to receive unemployment benefits pursuant to chapter 151A to the extent permitted by federal law.

B-a--a-a-a-a---aaaa---aaa-a-a-aa-a-!

I wonder where all that money comes from??? Oh... that's right... it's free.... we make the stuff now... ok no problem.... I was worried there for a minute. :)

Seriously.... are you kidding me? Right now, today, they can't even get 50% of Doctors and Nurses to commit to taking the vaccine.... more like 2/3 are indicating they won't do it.

How in the hell do they expect to FUND something like a quarantine with unemployment???? Absolutely Ridiculous....

Patriots will be spearated

Thanks for posting this information. Here is another very relevant video: Watch

I do not mean to change the subject of this thread, but I think there is some very important information, relevant to the message in the videos you posted, that we should all consider.

While these patriotic videos are encouraging, there is an unfortunate reality overshadowing the issue. The views, opinions and promises expressed are (mostly) those of American soldiers and enforcement officers, who are true patriots. But when the trigger event occurs (economic failure causing riots and civil wars, another "terrorist" attack on our nation, spread of swine flu or any other disaster either natural or man-made) it will NOT be AMERICAN soldiers who impose martial law, disarming of citizens, concentration camps, quarantines or the like. The plan is that all of this will be imposed at the hands of FOREIGN SOLDIERS, from countries that do not like us very much, under the control of FEMA, which teaches its officers that the very first terrorist group to arrive in America were the Founding Fathers. More about that here. The trigger event will likely occur at a time when as many of our troops as possible are separated from us, probably in another phony war on the other side of the globe. These foreign soldiers are already on our soil in large number, training for the planned and expected events. Additionally, many of our “protection” agencies are now being specifically trained to target and engage patriot groups (militias, Oath Keeprs, Minutemen and et cetera).

Also, a couple of months ago I was in a local sporting goods store in close proximity to a couple of U.S. soldiers who were also shopping. I approached them, saluted them, thanked them for their service, made conversation with them and then asked each of them a very simple question: "Would you ever fire on American citizens, for any reason, if so ordered?" I will just tell you that the answers I got encouraged me to make a second trip back to the ammo aisle and spend every last penny I had on me at the time.

Support the American patriots and Oath Keepers by all means, but wake up and be ready to rely on no one but yourselves for your own safety, survival and preservation of personal liberty if worse comes to worst.

I appreciate your concern

I appreciate your concern that this may change the subject, it does. My intention is not to be antagonistic, but I think this should have been its own topic.

Thanks for your input, jaymac.

Mods, feel free to move or delete my post.

Thanks

I appreciate your response. We all know how easy it is for a topic to get sidetracked.

As a MA resident, I am hoping we can figure all of this out, since our journalists obviously won't do the job.

Existing Massachusetts General Law

This bill is all changes to MA General Law:

Again all of the new changes (the changes that will alter the passages in the links below) can be found here:

Goldenequity, a question...

What is the *real* purpose of this bill, SB 2028, when MA law makes it clear that vaccination and quarantine can be forced on the public during times of public health emergency? At first I was puzzled; why put this in a bill when it is already in the law?

Then it dawned on me...duh...it's the $1,000 fine. It's the time in prison.

This is coercion at its worst.

Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.

Teeth...

Funny how legislators will pass "regulations" and mandates for banks etc to comply with..... and never put in the "or else" part of the equation. Karl Denniger at market-ticker.com did a piece on that a couple of weeks ago...
You're right of course.... this newest version of the MA bill SB 2028 puts in the "teeth"....... you KNOW they're serious when they do that.

Comment and question.

I cannot watch video..blocked on my site so this may be redundant question.

Home quarantine makes a lot more sense for those who refuse to be vaccinated and who are not homeless. Placing a bunch of people in a FEMA camp will be a nidus for multiple infections in that situation. The flu plus many other diseases would spread rapidly there. If these are the only two alternatives, I would advice everyone to grab all the necessities to disappear for 1-2 weeks.

Question: How will they track who has been given the shot and who has not?: Social Security numbers, pictures, finger prints, retinal scans.

If we disappear for a week and say that we were traveling and received it in another state, then what? Who would ever check?

scanable braclet

I've already seen (somewhere) pictures of this..... If not that then obviously something similar..... kinda like an eartag on a pig... not a complicated nor expensive solution to your question. You can be sure they've thought that one through.
I post regularly on a "trucker" thread..... those guys already know they will have to get vaccinated and tagged if they expect to keep their jobs.

Stick it, right back at ya, insidious pharma.

An assault on my body!
As you well know,
The body has an exterior protection called the outer body.
It's a "pre-filter" and keeps lots of things out of the body.
The observation is, the body will respond immediately to the airborne or foodborne "virus". Airborn virus is recognized in milliseconds by the body.
However, if your "digestion" is slow, the virus will linger, and "embed" itself in the folds of the intestines, and set up shop. Prevention includes fresh air and exercise.
So, it's important to maintain natural hygiene, and a "quick" (clean) digestive system. I mean like, food in and out the other end within same day, even as few as two to four hours.

To inject foreign substance directly into blood stream is a form of assault, and in this case, murder. To inject directly into the blood stream is not natural way to build immunity.
I will not take the vaccine.

I am *so* easily distracted...

I should *not* be whiling away my morning worrying about MA law...when I live in MD. Anyway, I was wondering about the fate of MA SB 1368, the Massachusetts Emergency Health Powers Act, introduced in 2005 (it was actually introduced in multiple sessions and not passed in previous years). This piece of legislation was based on the Model Emergency Health Powers Act, which is controversial because it does recommend such things as forced vaccinations, medical treatments, and examinations. Many states have introduced and adopted legislation based on this model act, though not all states have adopted all of the provisions which were originally recommended.

Finding info about this particular bill is frustrating. I don't know enough about the MA legislature to know if the bill passed or not. It does appear that it was redrafted in some way and possibly reintroduced in 2006.

Here are the links that are driving me crazy:

http://www.mass.gov/legis/184history/s01368.htm

The bill was listed as redrafted in this link:
http://www.mass.gov/legis/184history/s02407.htm

Also, I do not see a text of this bill. I suppose if it passed it had to be codified into law.

Yes you should

"I should *not* be whiling away my morning worrying about MA law...when I live in MD."

Yes you should. Everyone in every state needs to do everything they can to help MA. Why? Because, behind the scenes, what you're seeing in MA is not really about preventing spread of disease. It's about testing the waters... seeing what and how much the people will accept, in isolated test cases/areas. They're testing control mechanisms and giving themselves a "heads-up" on what they'll have to deal with on a larger scale in the future. What's happening in MA will spread to everyone in all states eventually.

TX suports you, MA. We all need to put our heads together and figure out how to best help each other, regardless of geographic boundaries.

Echelon...I think you misunderstood...

and also, I was guilty of careless writing. I wasn't just worrying about MA law in this matter, I spent all yesterday morning *researching* MA's laws and legislation about this. Because I haven't done research on MA legislation before, I was becoming a bit frustrated with my lack of results. If I didn't think this pending legislation in MA wasn't important, I wouldn't have bothered to look further into it.

From the research I've been doing on this issue I'd put it a little differently than you. I would encourage anyone reading this to get to work researching similar laws in your *own* state. Many states probably already have legislation on this...the Model Emergency Health Powers Act was drafted in 2001 and by 2006, 44 states had already introduced 171 bills based on this act, and 38 states had passed 66 of those bills. How much of the model legislation was adopted varies greatly from state to state...and I have read that Maryland's legislation is the worst of all. This is no surprise, because Johns Hopkins was one of the two universities involved in drafting the model legislation (the other was Georgetown University).

Not to repeat myself, but forced vaccination is already is law in Massachusetts...somewhere else in this thread I posted the link to this law, which removes the possibility of religious objection to vaccination during times of public health emergency. MA SB 2028 goes further than this by making it a criminal offense to refuse to be vaccinated.

So yes, Echelon, I agree, we *all* should be supporting MA any effort to resist this oppressive law.

I think the problem here is

I think the problem here is that we no longer have a government we can trust. But, let me play devil's advocate here. What would you suggest the government's role should be if there really was a dangerous outbreak of some flu or disease?
Should the Gov be able to quarantine people if they feel they might be a health risk to the rest of the population?
I'm not sure. I know shots should not be mandatory, but how much slack do we give the gov't during a real emergency. Questions like this would be a lot easier if we could trust our gov't. Pretty sad!!
