Make sure you check your State's Election Dept website for the rules of getting him on the primary ballot.
It may be that all that needs to happen is the State GOP needs to designate him a nationally viable candidate (absent any easier require as below). If so, start making phone calls!
The easier method may be a State law that allows any candidate that is eligible for Federal Matching Funds automatically gets on the ballot. The FEC has already listed Dr Paul as eligible.

Then, I know it was reported earlier that Ron Paul was on the ballot in NY due to his national stature as a candidate, but if not for the hard work of about a dozen supporters over the last two weeks to compile a delegate list, then complete the State BoE's statewide "scavenger hunt," we would have lost it! He'll be signing papers for Virginia on the 12th. We've got him 15,000 signatures when 10,000 signatures were required and more are still coming in...so we've got a nice buffer.
