Why are you letting the corporate structure of CBS cast a shadow on your many years of journalistic integrity? I realize that CBS is the most sponsor driven network but your failure to cover Ron Paul as a republican presidential candidate is harming you more than you believe. The Ron Paul supporters are growing by leaps and bounds and CBS's lack of coverage is proving the point to many that news today is not news but merely infotainment. This will harm you as you become more and more irrelevant. Of course this is opinion and we'll see.

But I ask, why DON'T you have coverage on Ron Paul? What is it you're scared of? I would love to understand your perspective on this because I can't understand why you'd so blatantly shun the message of freedom.

We were watching the Ron Paul Tea Party money roll in and someone mentioned that your CBS news site did not carry *any* Ron Paul campaign ads.

I didn't believe it. But, we went over there and ... it is true!

Fired by Sumner Redstone because of pressure by the Bush Administration. I was never Dan's biggest fan, but at least he had some journalistic integrity and a measure of autonomy. CBS national has become a joke since cute little Katie Couric's takeover.

Imagine all the crow that they will have to eat when Ron Paul gets the nomination.

this is no an easy battle. We have to demostrate the media that we can success without them.

one time I asked if RP would be on.... then(I knew better, they would not have him on), I sent a 2nd email, and said,"Even if you don't show RP on your show, that's ok. Millions will still get to see him on network t.v.,anyway, on Tuesday, when he appears of The View". Thanks for your time".

Katie Couric will be doing a news spot on all the Republican Candidates this Tuesday on the CBS Evening News, and, as far as I can tell, all the Republican Candidates are being represented, even Tancredo and Hunter who have no money, no grassroots support at all, no internet fund raising, dead last in national polls. Contrast this with the fact that Ron Paul has the largest grassroots of any democratic or republican campaign, more money than perhaps all the Republican frontrunner's, won most GOP straw Polls, is now polling 7% nationally, is more popular on the internet than any candidate, is not even represented. What gives?

As someone who is in a Meet Up group in my state of Arizona, we are doing all we can to promote Ron Paul, so I find this odd that you have left him out.

CBS news in not know for Yellow Journalism, …I believe. Yellow Journalism as you know is the long history and practice of the Media of promoting war, going all the way back to the Spanish American War. Question: Is Ron Paul’s stance on the Iraq invasion against CBS policy? Is fairness and an even handed approach to politics a CBS policy? If so, please cover Ron Paul, please interview him just as often as the other Candidates, and please post up his campaign videos on your website just like you have done the other Candidates.

As of now, that certainly is not CBS.

When I checked that list of campaign commercials and didn't see Ron Paul, my heart sank. So the silent treatment continues. Being ignored is far, FAR worse than being attacked. I'll take a Ron Paul hit piece every day of the week if they'll give us one. Of course we'll hit them back, but they know this, and they know they would be beaten at their own game by the integrity of the Paul message. This is why they resort to silence. It is the most powerful method of marginalization -- simply pretend your enemy does not exist.

Dear CBS News:

I was disappointed in tonight's coverage of the GOP Presidential race.

A life-long Republican, I've drifted towards Ron Paul in the recent months, and I'm very excited about his campaign's recent success, including the November 5th grassroots fundraiser, his overall incredible 4th quarter fundraising which places him on pace with Rudy and Romney, and his constant straw poll victories (he has more victories that any other candidate).

Why was it that you didn't cover him? If it had to do with polls or fundraising, Paul is leaps and bounds better than Tancredo and Hunter, yet you featured them.

Moreover, you have campaign ads on your website for every other candidate except Ron Paul--even Gravel and Dodd and Tancredo.

It can't be success, because Paul's campaign has achieved much more success than these other campaigns put together.

Please address my concerns.

but it is exposure that we are not getting. Athough it's expected, I am still very angry. This crap is hurting us in the main stream this close to the primaries. I just went out and posted a few RP yard signs around town!!!

TOM TANCREDO was on the front page of my local paper today - it pissed me off! so much!!! they never mention Ron Paul ever but Tom Tancredo comes to town to spout about immigration and he gets a front page story.
