I live in NH at the moment and the best recent activist action was a teenager open carrying without her top off which resulted in an arrest.

they lobbed her a softball question about what obama was doing wrong, and her first answer was a complaint about how obama should push universal health care through and ignore Republicans because they are in the minority.

this woman may have integrity, and she does pass the litmus test because she is an anti-war populist. but totally, utterly clueless when it comes to establishment domestic policy.
she reminds me of myself 5 years ago when I thought I was awake. I accused anybody who didn't obedient tow the anti-bush liberal line as a "sheep," when in fact I, myself, was absolutely oblivious.
today i can see how ironic it was that i was complaining how everybody else needed to "wake up."
I mean
she neglected to mention that the Democrats were put in last election PRECISELY TO END THE WAR. Not to socialize the country. They didn't run on socialistic spending platforms. They ran as anti-war opponents. That is why they will be losing seats!
Also she doesn't understand pharmaceuticals are going to benefit ENORMOUSLY by a universal health care. All those people who have foregone getting a prescription will happily swallow a free lunch horse pill. Imagine how many more kids are going to be prescribes SSRI antidepressants with a universal healthcare program?
So, ultimately, she mentions that America is actually a corporatocrasy and (rightfully) argues against it, but fails to defend domestic fascism.

she should stick to what she knows. and that is peace works. war doesn't.

Cindy makes me sad, because she's all the left has, besides Nader, who is actually a stronger voice for peace, however Bells' Palsey Syndrom has deformed him, and Cindy is so PLAIN, they both assure MSM will NOT follow their leads.

in foreign policy. In domestic policy she still believes in the Big Federal Fairy Godmother working the magic of domestic aggression for its vast bureaucratic solutions.

Not really. Everything starts with choking off funding. As long as the oppressors have access to funds, they will use them to oppress people. That's what oppressors do. Without the ability to tax, and without a Fed to monetize debt, the government would soon start acting more responsibly, as they couldn't afford anything else.

Think how powerful you are when you have the ability to print up money. They spend it any way they want it and we get stuck with the bill. Evil psychopaths have usurped this ability and if you don't do their bidding, you aren't getting any hocus-pocus money. If you are, you're getting plenty of funding. And we're paying for it. Our tax money goes right back to them. And they own the mega-corporations upon which we are dependent for almost all merchandise since they killed small business, so they turn around and make an outrageous profit from us there too. Government makes sure it stays that way. Man the **** flows uphill in this system.
