Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months

Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.
Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.
“Obama is “the president of hope”, but in a year there won’t be any hope,” said Panarin. “He’s practically another Gorbachev – he likes to talk but hasn’t really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. He’s a nice person and talks nicely – but he’s not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that – it will be like a bomb explosion.”
Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japan’s Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.
“Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japan’s Democratic Party won the election, and I’d like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japan’s monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollar’s exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly,” he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.

Would like to know Penarin's track record
Most of us have seen Peter Schiff and videos from previous years, and he was right all the time. Or very nearly.
We have seen videos of Bernanke, going back a couple of years, and he was alway wrong. I remember when he said that the sub-prime housing bubble wouldn't be a problem. Yeah, right.
I don't know anything about Penarin. I suppose I could Google him, but I am not that interested.
That said, I think he's right, but I have no idea about the time frame. Two months seems a little premature. Things are relatively stable now, except for the currency mess. But people are buying homes again, cars, and are investing in the market. I think there's a false sense of security here and that it will all come tumbling down.
No idea when.

Alex Jones has been on an ego trip for quite a while, and he says things to shock people. I often wondered why the CIA didn't authorize a 'hit' on him.
Then again, I heard a replay of an interview when he was on Alan Colmes' radio show not long ago, and Jones was good. He had the facts and they were indisputable. Same for his guest appearances on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory. He can be civil and factual when he wants to be.
It seems, however, in his own little studio, he gets a little carried away. I can't listen to him any more. He just screams too much.

I could believe a breakup, but I am not sure of the boundaries.
For one thing, I thought California was heavily Hispanic and would go with the rest of the Southwest. California is certainly part of the territory claimed as theirs by the militant Hispanics. And this thing about Canada ... I thought Canada had its own potential breakup to face ... French Canada against British Canada.
There is a major division between rural and urban all over the country. I would think that in a political breakdown these divisions would bubble up. This division has strong Conservative vs. Liberal overtones. In a violent social breakdown this could be interesting since the rural citizenry are much more heavily armed and control food, as compared to urban citizenry.
One thing that occurs to me, is that if ammunition is as difficult to get as it is today, then it likely will be impossible to find in such a social breakdown. And can you imagine getting food? And if the electric grid goes for any length of time, how will even a necessity like water appear in your faucet?
I can believe that violent social breakdown is in the cards, whether it is civil war, secession or revolution, but I don't think this breakup map will shake out like this Russian analyst projects, and as far as the timing, who knows. Where are the riots, sabotage, assassinations, take over of tv stations, and bombings that one would expect to precede a breakup of this magnitude? Some of the states couldn't even pass a pathetic 10th amendment resolution this year, much less secede from the union.

I think the country will
I think the country will split a long party lines. I can't say I wouldn't cry if the Liberal collectivists left either. I am getting tired of working for free just so they can continue to vote themselves more freebies out of my pocket book. I would love to see states where the constitution is the law of the land and individual liberty is once again protected.

The States may become more sovereign in the wake of a collapse of the FED's monetary foundation. I could see states like Nevada,California,Alaska, and the old gold rush states of old turning to mining. The original economic bubble. Just like Zimbabwe. But these states will build there own reserves and stand over the defunct fed.
Incentive programs,state pride,and the true America spirit will survive. The flag wavers will drop their national flag and take up their states. With no money to continue the war each state will have its army returned to fight off the DHS and FEMA militias. With no money to pay the greedy congressman only those whole truly want to save this nation will run not for monetary gains but for freedom.
I see us uniting not dividing. That's what the FED's wants us to do. I fear the opposite will happen. Fate has a way of being unkind to evil.

My opinion is that if US breaks up so perhaps will Canada come apart and several different new countries will emerge.
