Amicus Brief Filed on Behalf of Ron Paul and all of us

Check out the brief filed to overturn BCRA on behalf of our freedom of the press:

They just re-designed the site, and I'm getting various results.

The brief is worth reading. Basically the idea is that the freedom to publish is an individual right, and not limited to the MSM or other institutional media, and that this right is violated when regulated by the FEC.

For any of you out there who don't have time to stand on corners or knock on doors, DownsizeDC.org is a good group to support. They have gotten behind several of Dr. Paul's bills and issues, including those for health freedom and against Real ID.

This was a very encouraging read. I certainly think the court must see this blatant unfairness and harsh reality of shutting up; the people at large...

Please keep this one on the burner, Ron Paul was mentioned in the first brief and now on the second brief...
