This Fox News video of DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano is bizarro to the nines. She wants people to report suspicious photographers snapping pics of critical infrastructure. One has to wonder what the hell is going to be taking place around such facilities that DHS doesn't want any photographic documentation ... it would be laughable if it weren't so diabolical. I mean a toilet is critical infrastructure.

I saw two young people
I saw two young people, guy & gal, taking pictures of front doors on a whole town block ..they also took pictures of the front in proximity to the town square ..It looked like DHS guided missle info.??..But who am I. They finally saw me watching & dissipated.They did the whole block.of Main St...It looked odd that is why I watched...About the week before FEMA execise. Maybe they were on vacation ??
