I didn't find the finger-biting video either,
but did watch an interview with Kavuto holding a senator's feet to the fire for defending Biden't funny numbers on unemployment

The interviewee claimed he threw the first punch.
The second punch landed in the Obama-lover's mouth, and he bit down.
He was also medicated during the interview..Which might explain how odd he sounded.
