Water has Memory
Submitted by oruval on Thu, 09/03/2009 - 16:18
The molecular structure of water is like a computer. It remembers it's environment. Our thoughts can change the structure of water.
It remains H20 at the atomic level but it's molecularity can attain different structures.
We are 90% water. Remember that.

Religious NONSENSE... all about the "absolute"
What is disturbingly sad and bothersome is the use of Science to try to make a religious/spiritual ---belief-- statement.
in peace & liberty,
Treg
You are ABSOLUTELY right!
Well, if you are ABSOLUTELY right, then there must be some sort of Absolute Truth, so let's just say you are pretty much right, or right in your own eyes, or whatever you think is right and everyone else is wrong. But then again, if everyone else is wrong, they certainly think they are also Absolutely right. Bummer, now I am confused. But, you Must be Absolutely right that anything that science can't prove with the scientific method, has got to be wrong.
So peace and Liberty to you too, well, except the Liberty part, because if you think and believe differently, you probably shouldn't be trusted with Liberty, you might teach your children some whacked out religious idea or other such ideas.
That was really
funny.
Kind of like your faith in the NIST
about 9/11, that's religious nonsense to think two aluminum planes filled with kerosene can obliterate 3 huge steel framed buildings in one day.

How about these lines: -2.3
How about these lines:
-2.3 trillion dollars announced missing the day before 9/11 by Rumsfeld.
-Metal 'flowing like rivers' at the World Trade Center for literally months afterward, but not even smoke at Shanksville after one day.
- Admission from Israeli Mossad agents that they were "there to document the event [9/11]"
-Pentagon has 85+ cameras, many with a perfect view of the strike area, but won't show us any clear images of a Boeing hitting.
-Pentagon has world's best anti- aircraft system and SAMs, yet wasn't able to stop a slow moving enormous airplane.
-Norman Minetta (when under oath for the 9/11 comission) said Dick Cheney gave multiple stand down orders concerning the object approaching the pentagon
- Taxi Driver LLoyd England admitted 9/11 was staged, and done by the people with all the money and he shouldn't have been a part of it (watch citizens investigation team report on the Pentagon)
- Bush claimed he saw the first plane strike the towers, but this was never shown on television.
- Bin Laden family the only people allowed to fly in the country after no fly issued.
-Bin Laden not even wanted for 9/11 by FBI
-Bin Laden a long-time CIA assett code named Tim Osman.
- BBC Reported the collapse of Tower 7 of the World Trade Center 23 minutes before it even happened (strange, seeings as how no steel building had ever fallen from fire before 9/11).
- Alleged 9/11 hijackers unable to even fly a Cessna 'showed little interest in their lessons' according to flight instructor.
- Alleged 9/11 hijackers seen at strip club in Miami the night before, enjoying alcohol- yet they're preparing to enter heaven when this is against Islamic law?
- All the alleged flights on 9/11 were about half full, hardly ever the case for commercial airlines.
- NORAD drills, and multiple wargames simulating flying a plane into the Pentagon running the morning of 9/11, yet high-ranking officials claim they never expected any attack of the sort.
I've got a lot more if you'd like.

Its memory is filled
Water has been around for so long and has been forced into so many shapes it remembers them all MUAHAHAHAHA
The reason why water expands below freezing is well known. Water hydrogen bonds ie water seeks it own. When it freezes it forms a more crystalline structure.
I turned the video off after that.
Short memory
Believe it or not, water does have memory of sorts. A very short memory. The lifetimes of the polymer-like structures that water forms are on the order of femtoseconds. I worked in real time computing for many years. I am quite comfortable thinking in terms of very short durations. But a femtosecond? Forget about it, if you will pardon the expression. That's one millionth of a billionth of a second!
Ah, if only the lifetime of this thread were as short.
Quackery
First off, The James Randi Foundation has offered Masaru Emoto $1 million to replicate his experiment, which he refuses to do. So take that for what it is worth. Secondly, growing plants next to music does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in terms of promoting growth. We have experimented thoroughly and found no difference whatsoever. There used to be a man that had a "beeper" that he claimed would mimic the chirping of crickets at night and open the stoma on a plants leaves allowing nutrients and such to pass through more effectively. We also found this to be false. However, water can be programed with a frequency. The only way I am aware of being able to do this is with an Aquatron. It can program water to pass through a plant more effectively thereby reducing watering frequency and duration, kill bugs, kill plants. It is all scientifically documented and I encourage you to check it out for yourself.http://www.aquatron.com/. So yes, water does indeed have "memory".
So is it quackery or
does water have the capability of memory? You contradict yourself.

funny
I watched the video and found it very interesting. In reading some of this thread it's funny to see how some here feel this has no merit - "bunk", someone said. Can we agree that silicon has memory - as in your computer or mp3 player? Or that iron has memory - as in the strip on the back of your credit card or a recording tape? Since other naturally occurring substances have 'memory', why is it so strange to think that researchers could discover that water has similar properties? If the idea of using silicon to store information was presented 200 years ago, it would have seemed unreasonable - but it doesn't seem unreasonable today.
You just killed a little bit of me.

Indeed Water has memory
And you can prove it yourself by doing this experiment:

There are plenty videos like this one from people all over the world.
I'll try this experiment soon myself.
Book marked..... Thanks
One of the coolest things I have seen was a public access TV show, where they guy was going through this picture book about water samples that were collected from all over the world.
The water was photographed under an electron microscope, to show its crystalline structure.
They took water from ancient Japanese springs, known for their healing properties, as well as water down stream from the Tokyo river. As you can imagine the crystalline structures were very very different.
They also showed water molecules after they had different kinds of music played around them, from heavy metal, to Elvis, to classical. It was absolutely mind blowing the way these crystals looked, and reacted.
They even had water that was prayed over, and water that was not. There was a difference, believe it or not.
I wish I could remember the name of this book. It was very intriguing.
To think we are mostly water. It is an interesting subject.

We are 90% water ?
You're the vegetable. That's what I'll remember.
You know.
I checked it, our bodies are comprised of 80% at birth, and are normally 65 to 75 percent water thought our life. However it dosen't take much under 65% before you die. So from here on out please refer to me as a cucumber..hehe.

water is mysterious indeed.
water is the basis for many HVAC/R calculations. a BTU [british thermal unit] is the amount of heat necessary to raise 1 pound of water 1 degree F. this works just fine untill a phase change occurs. [liquid to gas for example] for liquid water to go from 32 F [freezing cold] to 212 F [boiling hot] requires 180 BTU's. to go from 212 liquid water to 212 vapourous gas requires 970.3 BTU's.
this phenomenum is known as "latent heat of vaporization' it is the foundation of modern cooling equipment and is not understood as far as I know.
http://physics.aps.org/articles/v2/67
if you have wondered why a/c units are sized by "tons" it is a ton of ice, specifially it is the amount of heat necessary to melt 1 ton of ice in 24hrs. sagain, there is no change in temperature, only a phase change. the latent heat of fusion for ice is 144 btu's per lb. this works out to 288.000 btus. devide by 24 and you get 12000 btu's per hour.

Latent heat (in water) is the energy required to break
the hydrogen bonds between molecules. Water absorbs it without actually rising in temperature.
Modern refrigeration works on the principle of compression...

vapor compression.
yes, all we are really interested in is the phase change aspect, all substances have a "latent" heat value. not just water. "freon" is a brand name and means nothing. "freons" are cleaning solvents.
water can be made to "boil" [denoteing rapid evaporation] at room temperature. all you have to do is lower the ambient pressure.

I think you're wrong on that
I think you're wrong on that ..Water will boil or perkulate by changing pressure but I've never seen it dispense steam..This is called surface tension change..I'm no expert on the subject..

Does that mean that old water gets Alzheimer's?
If it starts forgetting, what happens then?
Is that why old people are always "leaking"?
hehe..
Now if the water was chock full of mercury then yes.. it might have Alzheimer's.
