Obama's "classroom activites"

PRE K thru 6 and
7 thru 12

Before the speech, the teachers could "motivate" the students by asking the following questions:

1. Who is the president of the United States?
2. What do you think it takes to be president?
3. To whom do you think the president is going to be speaking?
4. Why do you think he wants to speak to you?
5. What do you think he'll say to you?

The thought occured to me

The thought occured to me that the purpose of the speech may be to keep kids calm if they lock down the schools. Apparently barry will be talking to them about why they should trust him and other government authorities. could a school lock down for the purpose of mandatory vaccines be in the not to distant future? alex jones was talking today about 'beta tests' for 'quarantines' being done now in schools across the country. eiter way its way pass time to get your kids out of the public schools.

Texas has the right idea: Can the speech!

Local School Districts Pass on Obama's Speech

Updated 8:09 AM CDT, Fri, Sep 4, 2009

School districts across Texas are pondering whether they'll have their students watch a national address by President Barack Obama next week.

The speech on the importance of education is aimed directly at the nation's school children at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Obama has asked school districts to carry the live webcast.

Districts in North Texas have received complaints about the speech, and most are not broadcasting it to their students.

"There appears to be a curriculum associated with the speech," said Fred Moses, chairman of the Collin County Republican Party.

Targeting children

Targeting children with these trial indoctrination attempts is absolutely unacceptable.

I cannot believe there is not more outrage over this.
It's time to ramp up the home schooling efforts and more affordable private school alternatives to protect our most vulnerable.

Oh there is outrage

So many are just going to keep their kids home that day.

True

I just saw an email from a local meetup group who emailed the school district and they are backing off. They said that a parent can request that the student be removed during the speech. They also said that the teacher would decide whether they would show it or not. Of course the liberal government funded teachers will be on board, I;m sure. The idea of socialism is propagated largely in teaching institutions by "intellectuals".

Yawn

On September 8, the U.S. Department of Education will ask students to respond to the President’s Back to School challenge by creating videos, up to two minutes in length, describing the steps they will take to improve their education and the role education will play in fulfilling their dreams. Watch this page for more information about the “I Am What I Learn” video contest for students.

how about a video

how about a video about how home-schooled kids perform better than public schooled kids?

Great Idea....

How about we start our own video contest and encourage students to describe how the constitution is important to them and why. Also, maybe explain how they can help defend their natural constitutional rights from government!

and this is

the revised version and not the really scary one which tells teachers they "should" ask the students to write a letter about what they are going to do to help the president achieve his goals. Dose anyone have a copy of the original? I read it before this story broke and now it seems to be scrubbed form the internet.

My answers:

1. Some illegal alien named Barry Soetoro, or Barack Obama, we're not sure which.
2. Your family tree must contain certain bloodlines, you must be a member of at least one oath-bound secret society, and a conscienceless psychopath.
3. To all the people that will be forced to listen.
4. To propagandize me, indoctrinate me, and plant subliminal hypnotic suggestions into my young impressionable mind.
5. Take personal responsibility, and embrace my civic duty in becoming the best slave I can be.

Love your answers!

You get an A+ in my book, but I think your teacher will send you to the Principal's office for corrective thought control.

And following the speech....

suggested activities are....

Teachers could ask students to share the ideas they recorded, exchange sticky notes, or place notes on a butcher‐paper poster in the classroom to discuss main ideas from the speech, such as citizenship, personal responsibility, and civic duty.

Students could discuss their responses to the following questions:
What do you think the president wants us to do?
Does the speech make you want to do anything?
Are we able to do what President Obama is asking of us?
What would you like to tell the president?

Who would like to answer those four questions?

May I answer that question?

1. A puppet who reads a teleprompter.
2. A person that will lick the boots of globalist banksters.
3. To gullible sheep and his masters.
4. To indoctrinate me and try to make me believe he loves me while he leads me into a fascist police state.
5. Lies.

How odd

They've really given this one some thought.

Ain't they cute?

Cute as lil bug's ears, they are!
We are so proud of them.
