DP family,

One of our own could use our help.

As most of you already know, Jake Towne is running as a independent for U. S. Congress PA. 15th district.
The Campaign to retake the "Fighting Fifteenth"

This is a humble request and should be easy for us to meet and exceeded.

We need to have a Money Bomb for Jake.

I am from Jake's district. I attended the Campaign for Liberty Conference this past weekend. I met Jake for the first time. Let me tell you guys one thing. Jake is extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with him for a while about numerous issues. I donated to him in the past and I just sent him another donation today. I added him as a friend on my Facebook account and even though we never met in person, he immediately recognized me and my friend that I was with. Every time I walked past the table he was at, there was ALWAYS a crowd around him. People were flocking to his table because he was speaking 100% truth about free market economics and liberty. And as I said, he knows his stuff! He also studied in LUDWIG VON MISES Institute! He is an excellent liberty candidate to represent all of us in Congress. He is a class act. We need to support him and get behind him!

I also meet Jake at the C4L Conference. I agree with Robert. Jake is truly a very intelligent, down to earth, liberty minded candidate with a strong knowledge of Austrian economics and the drive to get something done in Washington. We need more people like Jake in Congress. So, even if you don't live in his district, check out his web site, and donate to his campaign.

We will not have the opportunity to donate to too many more candidates, before the TSHTF.

Please research Jake's website, and know that he is a true patriot, who needs our help.

20 dollars could mean a lot for name recognition in the form of yard signs.

20 dollars does make a difference.

called gearforliberty......see if he can make some shirts and signs on the cheap. He can still make profit if we can put out a few hundred shirts or whatever. I want to do the same with Schiff stuff, and still keep a patriot in business.
Nonetheless, I'm contributing to Jake, I really love his message and have friends in his district, to whom I send his ideas.

contribute but I was wondering. What sort of materials do candidates need the most? What if we got whatever it was that we needed to make the things our candidates needed at COST. Can you imagine the savings? Say we have 20 candidates and all sharing and getting their materials at cost, I have just started thinking about this. Say, you need campaign buttons. They have campaign button makers on ebay. I bought a button for almost ten dollars at zazzle and I read that the button maker can make buttons for about 6 cents, wow what a huge increase. Sorry, if this sounds crazy but it might make sense to look into this. The hardest part is the start up cost for the machine but it sounds like it could pay for itself. This would be a great idea for a young person or out of work person. Just an idea.

You have a good idea! I tried to find a cheap local yard sign supplier, but it looks like I will end up using the one Jaynee Germond (germond2010.com) shared with me. (Yes, we do work together :) Better yet, if someone in the RP/DP arena can get this stuff cheap, it would be great.

The latest update I got about counterfeit bills even referred to them as federal reserve notes.

30 minutes after I donated, my phone rang with a message from Jake.

Only problem is my wife answered, and reamed me out for giving money away. I told her, that when this country goes to hell in a handbasket, let it not be said, that I did nothing.

I then personally listened to the voice mail that Jake left, and he thanked me, and gave me HIS phone number if I needed something.

This is what our elected representatives should be like.

I whole-heartedly support Jake, I hope the good people of the DailyPaul will also support him financially. Such actions only benefit all of us.
