has been filed with the United States District Court
in Southern California represented by Orly Taitz. We all know the huge controversy swirling around our President's missing original birth certificate. No one seems to know where it is. Only official "Certificate of Live Birth" can be found. Is this a hyped up forgery or the real thing? Is the person submitting the document
going to go to jail for submitting a forged or false document, or will he be going down in the history books for removing a President from office?
If our President has any type of spine or if he had one drop of Reagan blood in him, he would release his ORIGINAL birth certificate to an independent source for verification and put this issue at rest. The very fact that he has not done so leads us to believe he is hiding something.

If this is a fake, then what? Jail/legal action?
She must know that this BC is real or such a good forgery that it cannot be disproven. Like the doctor's name and Obstetric supervisor on this document, are they real? That should be investigated and a clear yes-no answer found.

I tried weeks ago to get a jpeg of it from Smith via eBay but he answered me in the negative.If he's willing to put his John Doe on the affidavit it makes me think that when he went to Kenya he actually was able to obtain it. I have a problem...
Yes..I 100% believe Barry O'Poser should be drug out of the White House..I even ask a few Brits friends of mine if we could ship him to them...a few said sure but we had to take Brown..while others said hell no we got Brown..we have enough trouble..
The problem comes in my way of thinking here...
Now the NWO and most the government here and a few other governments plus Bilderberg want him in there....How would it play out if the court finds against him....who gets to drag him out? Who would in deed.....And would charges be filed against him and those that helped him? Would he be deported?..Some many questions...but whats the answers?

With a scheduled hearing date looming Tuesday, Lucas Smith, the man who tried to sell an alleged Barack Obama Kenyan birth certificate on eBay, has filed court papers in a high-profile eligibility case insisting – under threat of perjury – that the Obama birth certificate in his possession is the genuine article.
Smith filed his affidavit through California attorney Orly Taitz, who has spearheaded several lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president, as part of a case that includes as plaintiff former presidential candidate Alan Keyes.
Taitz posted on her blog Smith's declaration, which claims he obtained the alleged birth certificate from Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya, and insists it's real.
"The true and correct photocopy
of the birth certificate obtained is attached to this affidavit as Exhibit A," the declaration reads. "I declare, certify, verify, state and affirm under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing statements of fact and descriptions of circumstances and events are true and correct."
Want to know for certain where Obama was born? Demand the truth by joining the petition campaign to make President Obama reveal his long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate!
Smith's affidavit, which includes a copy of the certificate, has been filed with Judge David Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Carter is scheduled to preside over a hearing on the case on Sept. 8.
Taitz told WND she believes the swiftly approaching court date prompted Smith into action:
"He has been in touch with me for quite a while, and he emailed me the document with his signature," Taitz said. "I think he was trying to figure out the most expedient way to bring his message public, and maybe he felt that because I have a hearing coming, that would be the most expedient way."
Taitz hopes the court will order expedited discovery, a ruling that would open many of Obama's currently sealed documents, including his college records and Hawaiian long-form birth certificate, to court scrutiny.
"We'll see what happens on Tuesday. If Judge Carter has the guts, we may move very fast," Taitz told WND. "If expedited discovery is ordered, I'll be dashing to Occidental College and then be on a flight to Hawaii."

that the birth certificate doesn't matter? "Natural Born Citizen" means both parents born in the U.S. He is not qualified under the definition of "Natural Born Citizen."
Yes it is true that he is not a natural born citizen because
his father was not a US citizen at the time of little Barry's birth. Period.
If, however, he was born in Kenya, not only is he not a natural born citizen, he is not even a 14th amendment citizen because he was born outside the US, and his mother did not qualify under the law at that time because of her age to pass on US citizenship to him, hence he would be presently an illegal alien. He never even applied for citizenship so is not even a naturalized citizen.
In the minds of many people, his Kenyan birth would be even more damaging because the case would then be super clear. If he was born in Hawaii, there are some who would argue (incorrectly in my view) that because his mother was a US citizen and he was born in the US, he would be natural born, and some of these rubber stamp judges might just bend the definition of "natural born citizen" enough to let him stay in office. With the Kenyan birth certificate, even "make it up as you go" justices like Ginsberg would be hard pressed to rule he was natural born.

from the natural born citizen issue. Obama freely admits that he was born a U.K. citizen. The real action is happening at Leo Donofrio's blog site at http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/. He just yesterday got FactCheck to kiss his ass re some of their "checked" "facts."

Taitz has evidently given up on the more impressively printed document photographed on a red tablecloth that she was using last month, and has switched over to this even more doubtful plain document with a footprint produced by Lucas Smith.
One glaring item, among a number of suspicious items: Obama's father's birthdate is given only as "1936" - no month or day. At this late date, nobody seems to know ... but back in 1961, he was alive and presumably wherever baby Barack was born and wouldn't he have known his own birthdate - at least using the month and day from his own Kenya passport or other official documents?
The simple reason is that the most immediate sources (such as Wikipedia) not having the month and day, the forgers of this recent bogus document did not want to be caught with a wrong birthdate if someone found the exact birthdate somewhere, so they settled for a vague birthdate.
As for stories about the intelligence service checking birth records at the Mombasa hospital for 1961-1963: It was not until December 1963 that Mombasa became part of Kenya. Until that time it was considered inside Zanzibar -- which means that if Obama were born there in 1961, he'd be Zanzibari not Kenyan (would his Kenyan father deliberately have his baby born in a Zanzibar hospital?), and, even if Obama wasn't born there, there might have come a time when the Tanzanian govt (the successor to Zanzibar) would want to copy or get the birth records of Mombasa-born Tanzanians.

Zanzibar was under lease to the British in 1961.
They administered Zanzibar and Kenya as the "British Protectorate of Kenya". So I think that the British Protectorate of Kenya would have issued birth certificates in 1961 and when Kenya and Zanzibar became part of the same new Kenya in 1963 then the new government would have taken over the records. As a practical matter the same bureaucrats who were in the records offices in 1961 would have been in the records offices in 1963 and beyond, technically just with a new employer.
Zanzibar in 1961 would not have issued birth certificates to anyone in Mombasa.
When I was a kid I remember I had a birth certificate issued by the State of Michigan, but I also had a birth certificate issued by the hospital in which I was born. They had much of the same information, but the one from the hospital was shorter with less information.
If you look at the hospital birth certificate just filed with the courts, it is titled "Coast Province General Hospital" followed by an address line which reads "Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya". I think this is consistent with what one would expect the address to be, not "Mombasa, Zanzibar".

Administrators and doctors there told WND sources that in 2004 a high-level team of Kenya's National Security Intelligence Service came to the hospital and seized all files containing birth certificate documents from the years 1960 through 1963.
According to the administrators and doctors interviewed at the hospital, Kenya's National Security Intelligence Service returned the seized files to the hospital four months later. Hospital officials were able to determine that records were missing or altered.
Still, should Smith provide WND with a complete and clearly legible copy of his alleged Obama birth certificate, WND is willing to request in writing either verification or denial of its authenticity from Coast Province General Hospital.

I lost my trust in Orly on the last go round. If I had to guess, I'd say it's fake. But who knows.
