Just over two weeks ago, FBI translator-turned-whistleblower Sibel Edmonds was finally allowed to speak about much of what the Bush Administration spent years trying to keep her from discussing publicly on the record. Twice gagged by the Bush Dept. of Justice's invocation of the so-called "State Secrets Privilege," Edmonds has been attempting to tell her story, about the crimes she became aware of while working for the FBI, for years.

Maybe I'm late to the party. A week ago I had never even heard of this woman. Now I am not only a fan, I am smitten with her. The videos referenced above do not play well, but there are many on YouTube and I watched several.

Sibel Edmonds is one amazing woman: smart, articulate, self-effacing and very attractive. If she were on my island I'd sure ask her to lunch.

Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about her. She is fearless and has more guts than those who would seek to silence her. She's a Joan of Arc for our Repubic.

is indeed, one brave woman. This tini, tiny framed woman's got the balls the size of the Grand Canyon. She has the entire weight of the bankster hijacked gvt bearing down on her. Yet, she keeps chugging along; she does have the dubious distinction for being the "most gagged former US gvt employee in our history." Though I'm sure at some twisted level, it can be seen as a badge of honor.

I am actually a bit surprised that the oBUSHma admin which has exhibited that it has no qualms about re-issuing, using, and EXPANDING any and ALL of BUSH's unCONSTITUTIONAL arguments in order for the Executive to legitimize its illegal actions via National Security Letters and gag orders, has not stopped Sibel from giving her deposition.

I've been following her ordeal since the beginning, however, her deposition did reveal one horrendous surprise for me: Constitutional Attorney, long linked to OUR cause, one Bruce Fein, just happens to be THE attorney for the American-Turkish group in question. Truly sad, sad day...

I cannot believe Fein's gotten himself involved with these Military Industrial Complex drug trafficking scumbags: sounds too soon to judge but Turkey is a well known port of exit for international drug, arms, nuclear weapons secrets, and prositution trafficking for NATO nations, Russians, MidEasterners, and Israel.

I was sorely saddened that day. If you google Bruce Fein you'll see what I'm talking about. While even criminals deserve defense in a Republic, I believe he is on the wrong side on this one; he SHOULD be the attorney FOR Sibel Edmonds!!!

This case may very well be THE case that Mr.Fein regrets for the rest of his life. These scumbags and their international criminal network are tied up in such macro-criminality, I don't know how a supposed champion of liberty/Freedom, and the Constitution can be FOR these scum buckets. He should really recuse himself, sooner the better. I want him back fighting for us on a clean slate. If he continues to represent the opposition in Sibel's case, he's gonna lose ANY credibility he's built for himself in the Constitutional scholar and our Freedom activist circles. This is akin to attorney Bruce Cutler defending John Gotti. That mofo has no other reputation than "Lawyer for the Mob": I should know, Cutler's children went to school with a friend of mine whom also attended Horace Mann. Bruce, come on back my friend... sooner the better...
