Duck Tales Inflation help for french subtitles

Hello,
sorry to bother anyone, but could someone please help me with an understanding problem with this video in english :} :

I find it very interesting and would like to make french subtitles for it.
But I do not understand what they say:
between 5sec to 8sec in the video
at 1min18: "Is it some kind of ???"
at 1 min 38 "That's what I call a ??? guarantee"

Can't help you with the word before "boys" - duck-gibberish! If you could find the preceding part of the cartoon, there might be a nemesis named earlier that they are referring to. Good luck - that is a classic!
