Hey BFrank, check your Amazon order status & see if your order was listed. I wonder why so many have complained that their order was not in the record, yet they received the book. Surely this would account for the lower ranking on Amazon's Bestseller lists...?

you should cancel and re-order. I ordered it post release date and it came in a week.
For the record, I'm 50 pages in and it feels disjointed by it is very good. For example, he defines inflation after using the word for 10+ pages.
