Glenn Beck's Statements Against the Movement (All in one video)

Glenn is a demagogue, a nut and a flip-flopper. Exactly what we don't need to be associated with.

Glenn was a typical republican at that time..I believe he has been going by the seat of his pants & has awakened but not yet to the total truth that his past friends are EVIL doers..He must sometime come to grips with the facts.. He is trying... Give him some space ..Everyone has a progression rate , even the progressives..

on my recording of Glenn. I really hate to just irritate anyone on DP, but Glenn really makes me laugh. And I think that is his first job description, political analyst is second. Getting in front of all "rightists" is third. Espousing libertarianism is fourth. Under an umbrella of "what Murdock et al tell you to do." His humor gets me though. Right now, I really like to laugh because, for me, there is so little to laugh about.

Here's my take. Glenn is probably as confused as could be, can sense something's wrong, but is on a learning curve. Don't expect him to be our mouthpiece, that's our job. However don't discourage him or his listeners, since he brings up topics and does some good that others won't or can't. Nobody's perfect, and he may be surfing through evolution of perspective the way most of us have. Also note that the provider of the video didn't give dates or context.

Notice how the Fox News guys say things like "I've always been for the Patriot Act but you're opposed to it". This is called rebranding. They are confusing the viewer into believing that Beck has always held this position with the Constitutionalist crowd. That isn't so. Then he says chipping your kids can be a good thing?

glenn is wearing his libertarian t-shirt today. tomorrow who knows.

he cut our necks when we needed help and insight the most.

but I'm pretty much at the point where I think he needs tough love. he needs to stop being relevant to the idiots. but the only way to prevent that is to prevent people from being idiots.

How many tea parties are being held on 9/12? Could be some Glenn Beck people there. Perhaps, the best thing to do is gain some converts.

The main thing is that there are plenty of people who have questions, and I feel it is up to us to provide some answers, however imperfect they may be.

Here in Olympia C4L had a booth at the hemp fest getting sigs for the Audit and Paul's bill to legalize industrial hemp. There was a man who came up and said "Hey, I'm part of the Glenn Beck 9/12," smiling and whatnot. He looked like a straight arrow, maybe from the military. But once he started looking at the anti-gov & anti-war stickers I got from libertystickers.com, he had a completely different look - more sullen. Maybe the message got through to him, or maybe it didn't, but it was all good.

I don't care if he is a neocon or a libertarian, the man is obviously unstable and should be treated at a mental hospital and taken off the air. Just shut him up, he is so annoying.

I am tired of everyone's love affair with glen. This just shows you how short of a memory the masses really have. He called all of us terrorist!!...and still to this day does not have a clear stance on Ron Paul. He refuses to give Ron Paul any credit for waking up as many people he has. I believe before it is all over he will take all the credit himself.

He is a snake in the grass. Wake UP!

He can be useful to get some of our points across. Not all because he is a charade. But some. We need to get our views out there and he has a large audience. So lets use him. Then place the bu&%$*ter on his a$$.

I'd have to say it proves how stupid and fake Beck can be. He's just an opportunist who will say whatever to elicit ratings.

He tries to be a clever contrarian, thinking he can be bold, daring and intellectual or something...

I still say we utilize him as we can to promote our message, and continue to educate him on why Ron Paul is right.

A lot of those comments were taken out of context,
