Liberty candidate David Ratowitz announces in Illinois 5!

Former C4L coordinator, veteran and freedom advocate David Ratowitz is aiming to take back Illinois' 5th Congressional District!

The 5th - AKA "Rahm Emanuel's District" - spans a swath of Chicago's northern neighborhoods and a couple of near-west suburbs. Here's one choice plank of David's outstanding platform:

NATIONAL DEFENSE: The federal government has a Constitutional responsibility to defend U.S. shores and sovereignty from all threats. The fact that the United States currently has hundreds of thousands of troops deployed across an estimated 135 countries runs counter to that mission. As a veteran, I am confident that the physical and financial security and longevity of America are better served by streamlining our military, concentrating our forces, reconsidering preemptive warfare and avoiding futile nation building.
