Rep. Wilson (R-SC) could be courtmartialed for calling Obama a liar

Its seems that the Rep who yelled out "You lie" during Obama's congressional speech is a Colonel in the Army National Reserves. As such, he could be courtmartialed for his language toward the Commander in Chief.
So, it occurred to me that if that's the case, and he has that much disdain for what Obama proposes, couldn't we try to get him to jump on the birther bandwagon? If we had someone inside Congress working in that direction also, that would help enormously! Does anyone here know any more about this guy? Could we get him on our side?

At any rate I have not doubt that such would not apply while the Congressman was in his civil capacity as otherwise there would be huge problems of separation of power.

He was not on-duty and did nothing to deserve a court martial.
A lesser offence (disrespect) would be covered with a Letter Of Reprimand, an Article 15, etc.
Besides, a court martial would be political suicide for Obama... he would just be polarizing the event.

He has to be enormously popular with much of the people. Maybe his next outburst should be "USURPER!" or "MURDERER!" or "CRIMINAL!" .
I have personally written two emails thanking him for his patriotism and bravery. I believe it this is a turning point, Pandora is peeking and about to make a leap out of the box, and no one will be able to get her back in.
