Peter suggests that people go to his website and make a donation
to have a greater impact when he makes his announcement. He reminds
supporters that if he chooses to sit the race out that they will be refunded in full. Don't get your hopes up but this address in my opinion leans heavily towards a confirmation of his announcing yes, he will run against Democrat Chris Dodd in 2010!
