'Univision "no necesitan papeles" which means you don't need "legal papers," ie a green card, to participate.

Upon review of the program, it is revealed that people just needed the title, the registration slip and proof the car was insured for the last year.

Wilson was right. There is not a single thing in the proposed

bill that I've found (yet) that, in any way, modifies EMTALA or fines that can be levied under that rule. 42 U.S.C. § 1395dd, and that's not just for illegal immigrants but for anyone who presents themselves at an emergency room at a EMTALA-participating hospital.

illegals got cash for clunkers

illegals got cash for clunkers, why wouldn't they benefit from this free handout, too?

essentially, we will see a swell of people (including illegals) who will be checking themselves into a doctor, who normally wouldn't similar to the amount of people that swarmed to get their government-subsidized car handout.

illegals use hospitals as their main provider as it is, but at least they have to pay for non-emergencies.
