The first wave of Reaction is in the works. (A Tea Party Assessment from the Left)

Michael Caddell, Radio Free Kansas

Hosts on blogtalkradio are reporting that police have estimated crowds, before the march to the Capitol Bldg. at 1.2 million. 11am EDT and CNN has pre-empted programming with spot-crews.

Reports are that many charter buses have not arrived yet.

Tea parties in Ft. Worth, Tx., Salt Lake City, Ut. and many other locations.

Some estimates, from unidentified sources, have it growing to 2 million.

A self-identified "patriot" via cell phone reports on blogtalkradio that CodePink is calling protest participants "baby killers" ...at Walter Reed Hospital.

Lots of emotional responses ... bragging about destroying ACORN, "just the beginning", "grassroots growing like the 'pro-life' movement of the last century", "fed-up with BS government spending our money on people who won't pay their bills" and "the silent majority is back" no mention of any anti-war sentiments or empire that I've picked up, so far.

My Summation.

An article I recently read had the libertarian trend at little more that 2 - 5% of the conservative movement.

Anti-war and those Libertarians and conservatives against an imperialist empire (in favor of economic nationalism - like Paleo-conservative Pat Buchanan) are not being represented in any highly visible fashion from any reports I am receiving right now.

To those conservatives and libertarians against imperialism receiving this transmit, please correct me.

The "Left" and the Democrats, again are underestimating the ability of the knee-jerk conservatives, wedded to the far-right, powered by media monopolists, to grow and cultivate plastic patriots.

Fox News and right-wing talk radio has fertilized the "astroturf" and I am willing to wager successive waves of Reaction will break out into open armed violence from the right-wing "grassroots."

No matter how much the national and mega-media "leaders" caution their followers toward "peaceful" change in 2010.

The word that comes to my mind is "putsch" and if things spin out of control ... what happened to Honduras President Zelaya is being dreamed of by many in this "movement" against Obama, but assassination is more our history.

Reported via cell phone on blogtalkradio:
African-American from Houston, Tx. calls for impeachment of Obama?

I'll try to gather more news, but between gags it will be a chore.

How far will the country go right-wing bat shit crazy?
Every move made in the coming weeks make it anybody's guess.

Somehow

somehow, somehow, somehow we have to find a way to reach these people.
It is NOT a left vs right, IT IS NOT LEFT VS RIGHT. Ugh! They will all be fighting and killing the wrong people. Time to circle the banksters, when they hole up underground SEAL the Damn thing shut so they can't get back out.

Prepare & Share the Message of Freedom through Positive-Peaceful-Activism.

It IS Left vs. Right!

Forward to 8 min 30 seconds or so. Or if you would prefer a refresher course watch the entire four parts.

Yes the bankers are LEFT. They use government enforced monopoly. Socialists are LEFT. Fascists are LEFT. Those that prefer a large state controlled system are LEFT.

A Republican form of LIMITED Government - the Rule of Law, Minarchy, and even Anarchy are to the RIGHT.

Slavery is LEFT, Freedom is RIGHT.

Well

How many people understand the terms? If you did a scale of far right being zero government and far left being total government, perhaps. However, when you have a guy like George Bush in office, who is supposed to be from the right and does the things he does, the left right paradigm does not make sense to the average person.

We all need to understand is the statistical bell curve.

Above it is quoted, "An article I recently read had the libertarian trend at little more that 2 - 5% of the conservative movement."

In a normal distribution, the bell curve always has 2 1/2% at each end of the curve. This 2 1/2% on the positive end are considered to be those outside the norm, beyond the third standard deviation. In other words, those who believe in freedom are abnormal. The best that can be said that we are deviants at the positive end of the curve, rather than the negative end. (We libertarians think we are the 2 1/2% at the positive end and extreme collectivists like Obama think that we are on the negative end and they are on the positive end.)

So if we are a very small fraction of those who are rebelling, at least you can say that even people who don't truly believe in freedom are fed up with being ruled too.

I still have very little hope that the coming civil war will bring freedom, since this is a value which seems to have been abandoned by the overwhelming majority. I see a bleak future for the survivors of the collapse of the industrial age which we are witnessing, most unknowingly so.

"The deepest sin against the human mind is to believe things without evidence." Thomas H. Huxley

SO how does that work for a non-linear distribution but rather

one that is mapped in two dimensions like the Nolan Chart?

Most likely

that the "African-American from Houston, Tx. calls for impeachment of Obama?" is Claver Kamau-Imani from the group Raging Elephants.

He's a very conservative preacher from Houston that is definately stirring it up...Put up a billboard in Houston saying "MLK was a Republican" that caused a $h!tstorm.

Interesting fellow...Iooking forward to watching his career as an activist as he's breaking down some stereotypes. He's a dynamic speaker (I attended an event where he spoke) and the Tea Party & GOP crowds are loving this guy.

Don't count them out

I don't agree with belle's or your assessment of "knee jerk" conservatives or plastic protesters.
People were there singing songs against the new world order, the blue pill and the red pill, there were chants against the Federal reserve and for the constitution. Ron Paul was laughed at during the debates when he brought up the constitution. Now it's the rallying cry for these conservatives. They're not on our side for ending the war, but they are using our slogans. Ron Paul did a great job framing the debate to win back the true conservatives, we've got to carry it to make people understand war is unjustified. How that will happen remains to be seen but I saw many possibilities in the crowd, of alot young people. Once that is accomplished and the Republicans turn away from being the war party we'll have a final revolution.

Start getting freedom today by dumping Federal Reserve Notes, Stocks, Banks and anything made outside the USA. Buy precious metals, real estate, businesses, food and guns and get your business community to use local or sound currenc

Plastic Protesters

I think knee-jerk is accurate. It seems as though the people around you were saying some good things and joining in some group-think chants and songs - but I highly doubt most of knew WHY.

"We are the inheritors of the American Enlightenment, which tells us that Individual Liberty always trumps collectivism in all forms."

This is a good piece.

It's misinformed on the Zelaya thing, but overall I share the author's concern.

Thank you for the reports!
