Some people will argue, Who are you going to listen to? (implying the Ron Paul fundraiser who gets no credit for Dec 16th as its not his fundraising attempts, or the people pushing the Tea Party. Remember it is Mr. Badlyks job to raise funds and he is in no way connected to Dec 16th and gets no credit for that day.
It is US GRASSROOTS people who pulled together Nov 5th... Lots of PROFESSIONAL people who sent out emails, did awesome Video's, did lots of prospecting and ads and everything else for Nov 5th...
Dont forget the Big Los Angeles Times Ad also endorsing Dec 16th Tea Party.... LET US MAKE IT A DAY THE MEDIA TREMBLES...

Well, it's about a week away. I'm sure we'll see a lull in donations this week. We might see another Monday or Tuesday call from the campaign, too.
I think it would be smart to not fire until we see the whites of their eyes, so to speak. In other words, for those of us following the campaign closely, we'll keep our powder dry until the 16th. And it's good to see the campaign contacting people not following the campaign so closely (heck, they might not even know about Dec 16th, as strange as that may seem to us in the online community) to continue donating when they can.
Wouldn't it be cool if the campaign sent out an email supporting the Dec 16 fundraising evetn?
Two things about the Tea party
Much needed funds for a ton of primaries that are coming in Feb etc.
A tremendous publicity opportunity.
We are talking about a dozen ways to get publicity for Dr. Paul's campaign.
November 5th raised dough. November 5th propelled Dr.Paul into the race.
He got a hundred media mentions.
You can't buy this coverage.
This Tea party is a media event.
It will get Dr. Paul on the TV and that is what we need.
Try and be passionate about getting Dr. Paul coverage and delegates.
Be less passionate about chipping on the people who are doing the same thing.
There are folks who want to make us miserable recognize that and ignore them.

I'm really excited about the TeaParty... with the way it's been publicized among us for a month, and 15 days left... to the 1.3 million health emails, to the 60,000 investors... - and who knows what other private-mass-publicity it has gotten... then you have the factor of new people and first timers, and non-pledge donors, and people who are pledging but giving more than 100 dollars... I am very excited about that day. It's going to be big, I mean, on the HUGE side of big, even by the most conservative estimates.
you know, we very well may be the TOP campaign in fundraising for the 4th quarter. We've killed everyone's 3rd quarter numbers, with a month to go... The 16th and the fundraising reporting to the FEC on the 1st or 2nd is going to be amazing... Interesting. Are we talking about the official campaign donation area? I have not looked into it, but I heard somewhere else that they are equipped to take donations through mail, by phone, and on internet. Can anyone confirm this stuff, or should I contact the campaign. I imagine that some form of confirmation (phone #, etc) MUST be needed to protect from fraud charges on cards, etc.

It surprises me when I see a post such as this one. I don't mean to specifically call anyone out. I simply wish to make a point. Ron Paul believes that we the people should run our own lives. Which means that we the people take responsibility of ourselves. This post personifies the exact opposite of the very belief this movement holds true and dear. How can one possibly manage their own affairs when one can not see the information they wish to know on a page they claim to have visited. The answer to their uncertainty staring them right in the face. It's sad. Very, very sad. This is at the core of the problems facing this site, blogosphere, campaign, country, world, etc. Always wanting someone to do something for them while they put little or no effort into their cause or want. This needs to change ladies and gentlemen. Stop asking Trevor Lyman to make a website and find/hire someone to make it for you. YOU do it. Perhaps we should "outsource" our meetup group efforts. We could hire some illegals to hold our signs, knock on doors, stuff and mail envelopes, make dvd's, etc. Get off of your cans and do something productive. This is where we should be sharing ideas and EXPERIENCES. Am I the only one here that understands this? No need to be rude to fellow supporters who are lacking in the initiative department, but these people need to know the error in their ways when speaking on this issue.

YES! It is probable that this money WILL NOT be in time to be spent in NH and IOWA. It is EVEN MORE IMPORTANT. It WILL be perfect for Ron Paul to wage a NATIONAL campaign for EVERY OTHER state having primaries beginning Feb.5th. OVER 90% of the DELEGATES needed to WIN the nomination are up for grabs AFTER FEB. 1. Make sure our man is there as the others start dropping like flies!!!!
