Unfortunately, I don't see the Supreme Court tackling this one in light of the public hatred of them over Gore in 2000. They would be seen as once again interfering with who the president should be. Maybe, just maybe, as long as it was a unanimous decision to hear the case, and a unanimous decision to declare them ineligible then maybe, the people won't riot over it. But I doubt it.

This will most likely go down this way:

Pelosi is expelled from the chamber and loses her seat and her Speakership.

A new speaker is elected, most likely, John Boehner current majority leader. That would place him in line to succeed to the office, but only if Obama and Biden are removed together. If one goes first then either a new VP will be appointed by Obama, or a new one appointed by Biden.

I would suspect that Hillary Clinton would at some point in the process if a VP appointment were to be made, to be the one chosen by either Obama or Biden with the clear understanding that most likely she would end up as President before it were all over.

Even if Byrd did make it in, I doubt he'd live the term out, or even accept it. He'd most likely defer to Clinton who is next behind him. Maybe not. In anycase, out of all of them, I'd take Byrd if I were forced to choose. He may be an old coot, but he would more than likely want to play "healer" to the nation than anything else. I also have heard him give some sensible speeches on the Senate Floor.

Of course you are obviously right that the FED is the #1 issue to be focused on.
But just because this citizenship issue is also getting some focus I wouldn't particularly look at that as a bad thing. There is nothing wrong with hitting the government in and at all angles.

Even if you are right about this being engineered, the people that are on this "bandwagon of citizenship" are in principle akin to us and much more likely to become on our side as soon as they hear the importance of the FED - if they are not already aware that is.

So this to me is like a tree full of fruit which makes me overall optimistic because in my reality this where we actually are in the war right now.... waking up as many people as surely and swiftly as possible
