No More Marches on DC

Lew Rockwell is exactly right: "DC is one nasty place. So why would anyone concerned about the state and its power “march on Washington”? Such events only dissipate energy, and fool people into thinking that their time and money have accomplished something, as the regime laughs up its sleeve. Indeed, that is the purpose. So stay home. Read, write, work, organize, and avoid DC like the plague it is." Read it all please:

The resources spent on going to Washington could've been given to LOCAL patriots who need to RUN FOR OFFICE.
Droves went out there to get their 15 minutes of fame on Fox; how many went out to meet in person, and eat out of Glenn Beck's hand?

If we don't need Washington,
If we don't need Washington, then why would we protest in Washington. Ignore them and get on with real business. The money that was spent on hotels in Washington, resturants in Washington, and all the other expense of going to Washington has been sent to Washington. Would be better to have a block party and educate people to get involve in your own neighborhood. If this would happen then it would be the fall of central government.

He isn't saying not to educate those around you or just to sit at home and not do anything?
Thats the point. They don't care and never will. The only march that ill do any good on Washington, is if we were to march 2 million of us in there with firearms. Then maybe they would pay attention.

tends to ignore these marches or mis-represent the numbers, or like so many articles I've read, there were lots of people but no leaders.

Use the march as a tool. It opened individuals doors. Now introduce yourself.
Hold events. Use the success of the march as positive propaganda for the freedom movement..

I think the point is that
I think the point is that you would be better off marching up and down your own street, there people would see you that you have influence over. Going to Washington is only going to get the attention of those who are already tuned in, whether they are on our side or not.
