New York Times - New U.S. report says Iran not pursuing bomb after all - Ron was right

WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 — A new assessment by American intelligence agencies concludes that Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003 and that the program remains on hold, contradicting an assessment two years ago that Tehran was working inexorably toward building a bomb.
Holy cow, the neocons were wrong!?! Say it ain't so! How'd this report ever get out of Washington?
Once again, Ron Paul was right. This will be a big boost to the credibility of his foreign policy. In all likelihood, Bush would already have bombed Iran if public sentiment had not been so heavily against the war in Iraq. And for what?
The warhawks are really going to have egg on their faces after this. Ron said there was no reason to believe them, and darn it he was right.
Spread the word.

Who cares... I don't believe a thing... WTF?
This is ABSOLUTELY important information for the Campaign..
Lots of folks beleve that Ron Paul will let us get blown up by Iran.. cause the Neo cons have done an EXCELLENT job of CONNING America..
So HELL YA this is important... I wish Dr. Paul had THIS up his sleeve when that Neo-Moron Orielly was harrassing him about NUKES and the U.S. being blown to kingdom come!!
Great Find Bro!
He did have it up his sleeve
The previous reports from intelligence agencies have said that it would take ten yrs for Iran to build a nuke. The neo-conns will just deny it though.
NYT
I don't believe a thing that I read in the NY Times. They are tools!
This has been proven time and time again. Just like the Washington Post and the rest of the msm.
Try checking sources
Instead of writing things off like that, why not keep an open mind and see if there is anything to it. It looks like it came from the nic the same people who gave a forecast of Iran getting nuclear weapons until 2010 at the earliest is now bumped up to 2012-2015. Just in time for Hillary to set us up for her re-election bid.

I agree with the other guy. "who cares." This is what nuclear deterence is for.
Who cares?
If Iran does get a nuke? We have no business telling them how to run their country, or defend it. We need our troops home and protecting our skies, seas and borders. If they were doing that, it would not matter if they had nukes...our troops can stop em before they get close.
I know that everyone wants to protect Israel from the big, bad Iranians, but Israel has one of the best militaries in the world. We hold them back with our foreign policy. If we took our thumb off of her, she would do stellar on her own and we would not be losing troops in a dead end war and threatening to start another.
Even if this report is true (and it probably is), the neo conned will find another excuse.
We need our "Lion of the Constitution" in office yesterday...

How bad is McCain going to look
Wow, who will John McCain say is going to be modern day Nazi Germany now?
wow Mitt helped the GOP hawks dodge a bullet big time
Good thing he cowered out of the Dec. 4th debate otherwise they would have had some s'plainin to do on national television.
McCain probably would have said "I talked to the troops Ron and they said 'let us invade iran, let us invade iran, let us invade iran'".... yuck
All they'll do is say the NY
All they'll do is say the NY Times is continuing to promote it's anti-administration agenda. ---rolleyes---

Hooray!!
Not only is Ron right, but we also won't have to worry about having our eyeballs melted out of their sockets in a terrorist nuclear strike!
What a great day!
