Audit the Fed: Only 81,466 Signatures! Let's Get Going!

There is a petition sponsored by Campaign for Liberty, among others, to support HR 1207 (The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009) and S 604 (The Federal Reserve Sunshine Act of 2009).

As of 4 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 15 only 81,466 people have signed. There is a goal of 100,000 signatures and time is running out (I'm not sure what the deadline is but these are the "final days").

Once you sign the petition you are presented with contact forms for your Representative and Senators. Please fill these out, too.

As we used to say back in the day: You know what to do.

...at least that's what I learned from watching Kung Fu and the Rockford Files.

Of course, it doesn't come automatically -- we gotta work for it. That's a lot of punches to the gut and walking on rice paper but if we each rely on our inner "Jimbo" and "Grasshopper" there's no way we can lose.
