Alan Grayson announces that we WILL have a hearing on H.R. 1207

I observe this statement as undermining my bottom line point

We need to hold any and all of our public representatives responsible for the actions in which they do that is unconstitutional; from appropriations to trying to nix freedom of speech.

I didn't mention Ron Paul nor did I compare Grayson to Paul because Ron Paul has absolutely nothing to do with Grayson and his voting. I think bringing Ron Paul into this is a sway towards short sighted thinking and categorizing. But since RP is brought up I will say if he has actually voted yay on these things, then we should hold his feet to the fire on a constitutional basis too, the same as we should any representative. We just all know that Ron Paul is the ultimate teacher of this and he simply thinks about The Constitution before voting so that is a silly thought.

So my post was meant to say when it comes to issues, I whole heartedly agree and promote waking people up to the FED being issue #1. But I must state, before any issue, that at the foundation of everything brought before our government, our public officials must T H I N K, "Is this constitutional?" before they vote. If they do not it is the people's job to hold them liable and accountable. We have forgotten this.

Yes the people of this nation are awakening again but to truly awake many more need to become aware and self educated about the role of government and the importance of this silly little document that is getting smeared and completely undermined called The Constitution. Hopefully this is achieved in America without us running ourselves off a cliff or into total chaos.

I'm not meaning to come off arrogant, attacking or with some momma knows best grandeur style, it's just this seemingly simple statement you made after mine implies to me a logic that needs strengthening. I try as efficiently as I can to not beat around the bush and go directly at it, but sometimes it's too direct.

I'll repeat, I love Grayson and all he is doing for the END the FED movement but that does not absolve him from the other things in which he has voted for
