Linda McMahon is running for Senate in CT (confirmed)

A while back, I informed everyone here that Linda McMahon may be running for senate in CT. If anyone is wondering why this just may be significant - it is because she is wife of billionaire WWE chairman Vince McMahon. (link to my previous post provided below:)

I read a bit off of her official website. Below is a snippet:

She is running for the United States Senate because she believes Chris Dodd has allowed special interests and his own interests to affect how he represents Connecticut.

Linda has committed not to accept PAC money or special interest money. She will limit contributions to her campaign to $100 but plans to use her own resources to help finance the race and ensure she is competitive with Senator Dodd."
