Keep it simple to appeal to the average Kentucky Republican voter.
It's Dr. Rand Paul running against Harvard lawyer Trey Grayson.
The vast majority of members of the United States Senate are lawyers. We have a Harvard lawyer in the White House. Does Kentucky need to be represented by another?
Vote for a difference, vote for Dr. Rand Paul.
(Never say "Rand Paul" without putting "Dr." in front)

I met Trey Grayson yesterday!!!!!!!!
He was standing 7 feet in front of me (and i was wearing a Rand Paul shirt) addressing to a small room of high schoolers and their parents. It wasn't a political event but it was just him talking to high school and college kids about his job and getting involve in school and how to start a republican club and what not. Overall Trey Grayson is a very nice guy, but there's a better man for the U.S. Senate seat haha. Yeah, the Rand Paul supporters came to the meeting with all sorts of campaign gear and made a good impression on the people there. Overall it was a good night, good food, and we got some potential high schoolers and possibly their family interested in our campaign.
With a politician every event is a political event.
Governor John Connally of Texas who was once an aide to Senator Lyndon Johnson said Johnson rarely missed a University of Texas football game. The Senator never watched the game. He waved and smiled at people in the crowd. He politicked.
You know it wouldn't be a bad idea for Rand to go to some football games in Kentucky just to be seen smiling and talking to people. Say, Kentucky, Louisville, Eastern, Western, Morehead, and Murray.
I'll give that a bump.
