4 Major Developments All Gold Investors Should Watch

what I have been saying for a long time now is coming to pass... should very interesting in the next few months.

Gold has finally breached the $1,000 level and looks like it might hold the line on this latest attempt. I anticipate that this psychologically-important level will turn from resistance into support as gold makes new highs towards the end of 2009. If I am correct, right now is the last chance investors will have to purchase gold for under $1,000/ounce. A series of new and significant events have unfolded over the past few weeks that have influenced the precious metals markets and will likely continue to support gold's price advance. If you are a gold investor, it is important that you understand these events and the impact they are likely to have on your investments

Dear CIGAs,

Did you email Chairman Schapiro of the SEC concerning your views on the continuation of naked short selling through Canada and the reinstatement of the uptick rule unchanged from its former self as the only viable way to level the playing field?

Dear Extended Family,

Those that do not act assist the opposition by omission.

You can be sure that the raiders will have all their professors with 1000 page studies showing greed is good and the public should be damned at the upcoming SEC Round Table Discussion of Short Selling Techniques. This meeting is scheduled for September 30th, 2009.

Please send the following email to the address below and share your opinion.

What do you mean you failed to receive your invitation?

Regards,
Jim

Dear Chairman Schapiro,

On July 27th 2009, along with the institution of rules for the abolishment of naked short selling, the SEC announced a round table discussion would be held on September 30th dealing with the practice of short selling.

Since then the SEC has requested comment on the above the bid rule as form of reinstating the “Up Tick” rule for short selling.

Since, I cannot attend the round table discussion where I am sure many professors will be presenting papers in favor of naked short selling and short selling by raiders, I would like to have my opinion heard.

1. Naked short selling is still alive and happy because your rules do not yet place pressure on the US broker acting for foreign interests. Stop Canadian naked short selling.

2. Reinstate the “up tick” rule exactly as it is or flash traders will simply make .05 second bids below any point and continue to raid stocks.

Respectfully Submitted
