Running Against Feingold In Wisconsin

I wanted to introduce a person who impressed me with his passion for Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. We may not agree on every issue but he believes in the constitution. Please help in any way that you can he is running against Senator Feingold for a Wisconsin Senate seat. So if it's this guy or Feingold I'd probably vote Westlake because Feingold is uberliberal. But props to Feingold for voting against the Patriot act and the bank bailout, that's better than most republicans. Unless this Westlake can show me he's against unnecessary wars and respects the constitution i won't campaign for him.

That's better than most Republicans, that's better than ALL Senators and 97% of the house. Feingold was the only Senator to vote against the Patriot Act.

I know Feingold's had his moments, but he was THE only Senator back in the day to vote against the Patriot Act! I can't bring myself to be entirely against him.

in looking at it, Feingold has such a weird overall stance on issues, seems like a flip flopping voting history that overall I can't completely hate him, nor real like him, especially for a democrat. At the same time WI could do alot better imo but being a RP supporter thats true for just about everyone

Plus Feingold is a half-way decent Senator. He's attacking the Baucus health care bill, he's working to prosecute the Bush administration for Torture, and He's a co-sponsor of the Audit the Fed bill.

Feingold is no Ron Paul but, like Bernie Sanders he's a guy we can work with.

That being said, bring a real Libertarian into the race and I'll get behind him 100%

Can't do it

My litmus test is war. He seems to support global war on terrorism. That was something Dr. Paul made his campaign about. Any politician who supported the war in Iraq will never get my support.

What is consititutional about not declaring a war, giving those powers to president. I am weary about all this Consitution talk by foreign policy neocons. Anyone who just says the word is not worthy of our support.

I hear what you are saying. But,

I think the support he is talking about is for the men & women in the military.

Last thing I need is his support, since he probably wanted to send us to Iraq for all the wrong reasons.

But I am not bashing your guy. I hope you can talk some sense into him on that issue. Other than that he is likely on ourside.
