if you look at all of news corp's holdings, they hardly push a neo-conservative agenda. much of the programming on the fox and FX (simpsons, family guy, it's always sunny, etc.) are pretty "liberal." the ny post, GQ, vogue, myspace and 20th century fox (films) can hardly be categorized as neo-conservative.
fox news serves a niche as a "conservative" cable news alternative to CNN, msnbc, etc. like carlin said, it's all about the $$$

though. We have to understand he is controlled, but maybe he is doing as much as he can within his contract limits. It is hard to tell. He has to push pro war ideals because GE I believe owns Fox, so pro war they will be, but we have to make use of him and hijack his 912ers to our side. I don't know which side he is on for sure, but we all must also understand that anybody in the mainstream is going to have to live partially within the mainstream, even our own candidates. We have to fit the bill, fill the position, and then start raising hell. The problem is, that when people in the spotlight who are truly on our side, try to play this way, we may think they are infiltrators, so we have to be very careful. It is a very rough game to play, but we have to use every bit of truth we can take, even if they are RINO's we have to utilize them to the fullest extent.

They own NBC, MSNBC, and CNBC.
Fox "pushed" war because most Americans supported war. I think all the networks were "pushing" it early on. If they were anti-war in the beginning of the war and lead up to it, they would have lost viewers. I think what Murdoch does hire people that will promote views that capitalize on the public mood at any given time, preferring those with big personalities. It's just business. I really don't think there is a secret agenda.

How about someone drafts a letter.
Asking Beck to do a hour long segment on the Federal Reserve. Have it sent to him by the Liberty Movement. He can have guests on Like the good ole Doc. Eustace Mullins, Peter Schiff, etc. Explaining to the people what the Federal Reserve really is and who is behind it.
Just to see if he would do something of this nature to prove he is with us. Tell him it is all well and good of him to go after Acorn, Jones, Pelosi, Reed, Obama, but he should go after the real target that is behind all of this mess.

earns his paycheck and owes his current/future ratings, (he does play a small role here as well), and media career to his new boss, Mr. Murdoch. Mr. Beck is given an area of wiggle room in order to play out his shows on Fox Entertainment but has strict instructions on where and where not to go with his material. He was "drafted" from CNN to Fox because of how he "handles" a large segment of republican voters. He has the touch. There is a mass of Fox News faithfuls who hang on his every word and believe wholeheartedly that he is a conservatives conservative. Nothing can be further from the truth.

been paying attention lately have you? He is changing his tune about that lately. Are you so weak minded that you think everyone is so dam smart they have a secret plan or agenda? Ever think He is learning as he goes just like the rest of us. It's a tv show. Noone is planning on making him king for goodness sake. If you want everyone to be a clone of Ron Paul you are going to be sadly disapointed always. GB seems more in line with the good Dr,s thinking every day. Give a child time to grow. Wether intentional or not he has given us a good opening to reach some otherwise difficult to reach people. Gees nobody should idolize any body even Ron Paul (although I must admit....) Why have it in for the guy? I'm curious to see where he goes with all of this. I don't expect him to be perfectly in line with the way I think and believe, but he has been suprising me with his new awakenings. Did you hear what he said about RPs foriegn policy on his radio show? it's on youtube. Someone had it posted on here recently.

Alex doesn't support the "natural born citizen" argument as far as I'm aware. But, takes the "governments" stand hook, line 'n sinker. Correct me if I'm wrong. I've only seen one page that states his position, one from his own website.
I Don't Trust Beck
I saw how disrespectfully he treated Ron Paul. I have watched him talk out of both sides of his mouth. I visit his site or watch his show once in a while to keep tabs on him. At one point he was asking for photos and the names/ addresses of people participating in the 9/12 Project. That's when I really started to distrust him. I expect that he will sell out everyone who has trusted and followed him.

There are issues where Glen Beck--and "conservatives" like him--will be on our side, and others where we must emphasize our differences, and their serious flaws.
I think that Glen Beck (or Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Ann Coulter) and other squawckmeisters and chatterboxes should be welcomed where they have something to contribute, but should not be seen as spokesmen for our movement until they have throroughly assimilated our positions on Civil Liberties, foreign policy, sound money and the gold standard, the Constitution and Bill of Rights, local and State secession and other clearly libertarian positions.
Mere opposition to President Obama's energy, health care, or "stimulus" policies, important as it is, really is not enough!

The establishment mouth pieces use numerous effective methods to crush upstarts that challenge their stranglehold of power like labeling opponents dismissively as "crazy" which is an old one. Some newer ones include adding "er" like:
