Karl Denninger has been exposing the fraud and deceit permeating the financial sector for years now, and he has posted what I consider one of the best summaries of the problem we face in America -- a capitulation to corruption and lawlessness.

There are several very good reasons we make them all take this oath. The primary reason is to make it CRYSTAL CLEAR that the job we're hiring them to do is to make sure nothing unconstitutional happens. I read a quote the other day attributed to Senator John Glenn in which he said somthing to the effect, "If we had to apply the Constitution to all the legislation that passes before us, we wouldn't be able to pass anything."

I have been thinking the same thing about the ACORN videos. If you could see a FED board meeting or meetings between CEO's or CONGRESS it would look and sound very similar to what you saw on the ACORN videos.
