Ok, maybe I'm wrong, but the way I see this form (and all others
that have been posted like it) is that it is NOT what everyone thinks! When I read it, I see that it states:
1) Failure or inability to comply with a lesser quarantine status i.e. SELF quarantine in one's own home.
2) It is NOT a one-way ticket to a FEMA camp because there are blanks for both a start AND an end date
3) It is only if you have been determined to be in contact with someone who has or has had the flu and you are thought to be contagious.
4) I hate to say it, but get a grip people!

that opposition politically active people like us might be targeted and guess who will DETERMINE if we had contact with someone who has or has had the flu?

So the individual states have to do the dirty work, and not FEMA or the Federal authorities?
I don't quite get it. Or perhaps the Feds are issuing mandates to the states for the quarantine guidelines?
It will be interesting to see if New Hampshire, Texas and Alaska comply with this. If they cave, then the game is lost.

No Tinfoil Required
When a document downloaded from a government server is presented as evidence of a particular government policy no tinfoil is required.
In fact, the tinfoil gets in the way because all the time spent researching how the Manhattan skyline was replaced by holograms on 9/11 could be much better spent on real, identifiable issues such as plans for quarantine, RFID deployment through health care reform, fabricated evidence of global warming, the collection of DNA from all American children, etc.
Wouldn't it make sense to try to "wake people up" by using evidence such as this official government form or the text of the various bills on RFID use and DNA collection rather than try to convince people that holograms beamed from space were used to coverup 9/11*?
* Depending on the overall thickness and weight to strength ratio of the brand of tinfoil in use, your delusions may vary.
