Look into getting small, concealed cameras, like the ones that Acorn undercover guy used. It's probably illegal to film everything around you all the time, but WTH? Then post it far and wide.

Currently, popular opinion on both the left and right, is that the police are good, which in most cases I'm sure they are. But this unquestioning allegiance to cops allows quite a few to get away with acting in a manner that honestly ought to get one shot on the spot, with no repercussion to the shooter other than a pat on the back. Will Grigg at Pro Libertate (http://freedominourtime.blogspot.com) does a good job of chronicling cases of police and justice system abuses that most people never hear of.

Similar blinders exists when it comes to police pensions, which in many cases are bankrupting towns and cities. Noone wants to stand up and tell ex cops we can't afford to pay them six figures to sit on your ass for the last 40 years of your life, as they are the favored group of those who normally are critical to public excess at taxpayers' expense.

Of course, I would never recommend anyone doing anything illegal....

I was detained and questioned for 20 minutes and had my vehicle searched, because I bought some drain opener for my bathroom toliet.

Long story short, years ago I used to buy a product called liquid fire. I used the product to combat the serious tree root problem, I had in my old house. I tried everything including _rain_ and _rain_jell ect, nothing worked. I needed something heavy duty. So I ran across this stuff called liquid fire, and the stuff worked like a charm. Would eat thru anything.

Well, my toliet clogged up and backed up, and I figured out what line the obstruction was in, so I decided to find some liquid fire. I called the store I used to get at, they no longer carried it and had no equivalant either. SO I got on the net and did a search. I found the manufacturer or so I thought? When I called the number, a lady answered I explained my problem, that I couldn't find her product anywhere in my town and what I needed it for. The customer service lady told me that true value stores carried the product, I told her that we had no true value in my small town, then she said she would need my phone number and zip code, to do a search to find said product, and she even asked me for my address, which I thought was odd, but dismissed it as she needed the information to do the search to find the product.

She told me she would call me back with the information in 15 minutes, when she called me back, she told me a store on the other side of town carried her companies product. I thanked her and told her I knew where it was at, and I would be on my way to get it.

This was around 4 pm. I then called the store to ask them what time they closed as they were on the other side of town from me. They said 5 pm. I then left to go get it, I had a friend who called me during that time, and I swung by the pet store in town to say hi. I explained I couldn't stay long and had to go, so I left and headed down to the store.

When I got to the store, I noticed a man standing by the counter. All the workers at this hardware store were behind the counter at watched me, so I headed to the back to find said product. A clerk offered to help me. When we got to the product I didn't recognize it, because it was in a smaller bottle instead of a gallon jug, like it used to be. I asked the clerk, what the price was, and it was the same as it used to be, but a third of the product. I explained that this was a rip off, because it used to come in a bigger jug for the same price. She then said people make drugs with this stuff. I assured her this was not the case, I wanted it to pour down my toliet to unclog my pipes.

There were two bottles on the shelf and each one was inside a thick plastic tall ziplock bag. I grabbed one and headed for the checkout and was promptly carded. After they took my DL info, I paid for the product and I jokingly asked the clerk who checked me out, if the feds were coming for me now? and I proceeded to leave, I had my back to them and as I opened the door to leave the building, I heard one of them say, "no the feds are right here".

I thought it was someone being sarcastic, so I got in my vehicle to leave and I was backing up, I heard someone pound on my vehicle, when I looked up to see who it was, it was an man with a badge around his neck.He introduced himself as DEA.

He wanted to see my DL again and asked me the real reason, I was buying said product! I told him that my bathroom toliet was clogged up and this was the only stuff for drains that ever worked. He asked me why I was nervous ect. I told him, that this was un-nerving to anybody! He wanted to know how I earned my income, and had money to pay my bills ect. He wanted to know about my spouse. He wanted to know about what I had in my vehicle. He asked me if I had ever been arrested, he asked me if he could search my vehicle, I told him I had nothing to hide. He then proceeded to go around to the passengers side and rifle thru my bags in my front seat. I told him that I had constitutional rights ( even though I know we don't ) He told me I that he didn't break my constitutional rights ( cause he obviously knew we don't have them either ) that I told him I had nothing to hide and by telling him that, I gave him permission to search my vehicle! Which I did not. I told him it wouldn't have done me any good anyway to tell him no, because he would have just detained me, he then told me he wouldn't have detained me, just my vehicle ( fines and fees for impounding it Im sure ) and I would have been free to walk where ever. I told him I live on the OTHER SIDE of town! He didn't say anything. I then told him what he was doing was not right and HE KNEW IT! He then told me that I should be thanking him for doing his job! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT. I told him, that I don't think like him, that people shouldn't be profiled if they have done nothing wrong, He then proceed to me that there was an epidemic going out there, ect. I told him do I look like a druggie? ( I have all my teeth I brush three times a day and clear skin and I need to lose about 20 pounds ) He then looked at me suspiciously and said, "how do you know it's used to make drugs" ? I told him the clerk told me! Then he wanted to know if I was buying it for my friends! I then got pissed and told him again, that I had an auger in my toliet at my house right now. I was using it for what it was INTENDED FOR. He then told me, that he would be following up on this? I mean WTF?

Aparently, I was set up or something by the website? It's getting bad out there when everyone is suspect for extortion purposes. It almost makes you want to get the f out of this country,

The smile melted immediately. I couln't hear what was going on, but I didn't like it... I was losing my appitite. The cops started poking around the guy, into his chest pocket and pull out a pack of cigerettes, he had something in there.. they had the handcuffs on him so fast, proving they had practice. I got upset and said to my friends,, "Man this is BS! We should stop this! blah blah blah" My friends tell me.. "No, don't do anything. He took the risk, like all of us.. we go up there it will only give them the excuse to bring in the troops and close the scene down. In the War On Drugs, BOTH Democrats and Republicans have maintained this war, which Keynisian economics depends on the black market capitalism, and this is how they have built a police state.

We have been coming to this point a long time. When they came for the hippies, you were not a hippy, when they came for the blacks, you were not a black, when they came for the hispanics, to the point our prisons were overflowing, you said, GOOD.. build more! because you were not a hippy or a black or a hispanic, and now, they are coming for anyone who questions their authority, because YOU gave them the authority when you said, Nader's a fucking nut, and Ron Paul is a looney wacko, and CooCoo Kucinich is a Alien and it's OK if Bob Barr is for the war on drugs.

You didn't stand up for the little guys. You've stood up and supported unconditionally the multinational corporations who now own your government and they fear and hate you and blame you... after all, they are only servants to the silent majority who sings a chous of YES.

Cops are mostly criminals with badges. The argument of "good cops" are nothing but memories of time past. We The People are under siege by a standing Army here at home.

Maybe it is time to start thinking about abandoning this sinking ship.

As many on this site know, I left the mainland USA for a US territory in the Pacific - one of the Northern Mariana islands. The bad stuff you experienced would not happen here; I don't think the police here even own one taser.

But it's more than that. It's the crumbling economy, the growing unemployment, the fact that the government is quite lawless and rides roughshod over the Constitution. We're also looking at the possibility of forced vaccinations of the H151 vaccine, which is known to contain pathogens. We have heard about FEMA camps, or other sites, built and ready to house U.S. citizens.

When I first posted about my departure, some were supportive of the move. Others, however, said I was a coward and that I should have remained to fight. I honestly do not think fighting would end well for a civilian militia. The U.S.A., as it is now, is not worth defending. I might have been 50 years ago, but not now. Too many rights have been taken away via Supreme Court decisions and executive orders. Besides I am just not a fighter. I want to live, safely and peacefully.

I am glad you got away without being arrested. Don't confront the police any more - ! Not worth it !
