Did anyone see Kucinich on FOX Sun morning and is there a video available that I have not been able to find?

Dennis Kucinich was on Fox News and intimated that these arrests (CO terrorist) were political. He said the FBI acted politically when it arrested these men just before the Congress is going to reconsider the Patriot Act. Kucinich held up his copy of the Constitution saying that the Patriot Act defies it, he carries his copy every day.
