States' Rights Legislation

McBerry's pending legislations can be pivotal in regaining some of our freedoms usurped by the federal government. It has been noticed there is interest in some Colorado legislators in adapting McBerry's legislation for this state. Will any of you pass it around your patriot and government circles in your state?

States' Rights Legislation

Citizens' Constitutionality Challenge - Gives any state citizen the authority to challenge any law enacted by the General Assembly.

Defense of the Home Act - This bill repeals the Governor's authority to suspend or limit the sale or transportation of firearms during times of emergency.

Freedom From Compulsory Pandemic Act - This legislation is written to repeal the authority of the Governor to issue mandatory vaccination orders and to prohibit the quarantine of persons solely for failure to submit to and receive voluntary vaccinations.

State Authority and Intrastate Commerce Act - This bill provides that products grown, produced, or manufactured and located in Georgia shall not be subject to federal law or regulations.

State Authority and Deposit Security Act - This bill provides the necessary "teeth" so as to prohibit state or federal agents or employees of financial institutions from seizing assets under color of law. For instance, under this law, it would not be possible for the IRS to seize the bank account of a Georgia citizen until such time as a court proceeding demonstrated the Constitutional authority and legality for such action against the citizen.

State Authority and Anti-Racketeering Act - a bill which acknowledges that the federal government has imposed unconstitutional laws, rulings, and executive orders upon the citizens of Georgia under the colour of law; prohibitions against federal agents and employees attempting to enforce such against the citizens of Georgia; and the legal penalties for those in violation of this act.

State Authority and Federal Tax Fund Act - a bill which requires all federal taxes demanded of Georgians to be paid directly to the Georgia Department of Revenue; authorizes the General Assembly to determine which federal expenditures are constitutional and to order only that percentage of collected taxes to be forwarded to the federal government; restores power to the people of Georgia by denying the federal government the ability to withhold funds rightly belonging to them as Georgia reasserts her sovereignty over the federal government.

I believe you are more or

I believe you are more or less correct. These bills are designed to remove, eliminate, subtract and rid the state of federal rules, regulations, laws and bogus jurisdiction (color of law). AFTER Georgians get an idea about freedom they can begin ridding their own state, counties and cities of the above. Right now most Georgians do not understand freedom....

Oh boy...

I'll just ask you to step back and think about why you're endorsing the notion of codifying even more 'law' when what's needed is to repeal the sections of code that apply to the topics you've highlighted above.

Adding more code to law will not shrink government, nor limit it's declared authority. In fact, codifying more law always has and will continue to do one thing and one thing only; make government grow and allow them to declare even more authority over your life.

I tried to post this quote on another of your comments..

But the damn spam filter keeps hitting me again.

“Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” Antoine de Saint Exupéry

This is true for math, programming, engineering, etc etc... and is most true for government..

For the late morning crowd.

This is really great:

So, essentially, it puts things back the way they are suppose to be.
Certainly makes looking at moving to GA. appealing.
