New Lawsuit:Looks Like Leo Donofrio may have Hawaii DOH by the Balls!
I will be assisting one of my readers in filing litigation in Hawaii state circuit court pursuant to her ongoing request for public information denied by Hawaii officials. (Readers of my blog will recognize her as MissTickly aka TerriK.)
Correspondence sent to TerriK by Hawaii officials indicates that President Obama’s vital records have been amended and official records pertaining thereto are maintained by the state of Hawaii.
I will issue a full statement and press release on behalf of TerriK via this blog in the days ahead. This statement will include a complete history of correspondence between TerriK and Hawaii state officials in the Office of Information Practices (OIP) and the Department of Health (DoH).

One thing I found interesting in Leo’s blog is there was no index data released on Maya the maternal half sister of Obama. So Leo in the comments states: “the Maya has a Hawaiian COLB myth is now busted. thank goodness we are getting some truth.” Man did I ever fall for that internet rumor. Just goes to show never trust anything stated on the internet as truth. Where did that rumor start?

The Department of Health does not hold divorce records, they are with the Department of Judiciary.

Janice Okubo says the HI-DoH does "NOT" hold Divorce records, they are held by the Dept.of Judiciary, but as you can see from above, that's an absolute lie, they ( DoH ) does infact hold the divorce certificates.
Looks like Leo is getting close!
Damn, he's getting HI DoH to finally start coughing up some information. That's an amazing turn around. I think he's about to bust this case wide open, and HI is about to go belly up; they can't hide Obamas records anymore folks, it's about to BUST WIDE OPEN!!!!!!!

How was the record amended at law? The record is the record. To amend a birth certificate can only mean fraud.

It is not about the politics of the person in the White House.
It is about being qualified under the provisions of the US Constitution.
But if you consider the politics, anything that paralyzes the federal government, even for a few months, benefits people because it gets in the way of them doing their usual mischief.
And if we are lucky, the supporters of Obama will riot and civil war will break out, and maybe the federal government will actually go the way of the former Soviet Union.
I would not get too excited about Donofrio's chances, though, because if Obama has managed to get this far being unqualified, he had to have help, and the judges in Hawaii could easily come up with some guise to avoid following the law.

Biden was elected fair and square before Obama. If Obama goes, Biden assumes the throne. I don't see how it could go back to the electoral college. How do you figure?

There's no provision for this particular situation in the constitution, so we should get new elections.
Resolving election problems
As the 2000 Election showed (and several previous elections as well), the Congress is the final arbiter of Presidential elections.
In this case Congress has already spoken. The Senate, years ago, accepted Obama as a citizen on the basis of his Hawaiian documentation, as citizenship is a requirement for being a Senator (admittedly not necessarily natural-born citizenship, but if Obama had indicated anything other than that back then, we'd certainly have heard by now). The House, a couple of months ago, adopted a resolution on the 50th Anniversary of Hawaii Statehood in which it said that Obama had indeed been born in Hawaii.
There doesn't seem to be any legal authority by which the courts could declare Obama, or anyone else, ineligible for the Presidency after the Inauguration has occurred.

There's nothing in all the material you quote that indicates that Obama's birth records were in any way "amended". Moreover, there's nothing that indicates that Terrik has any "need" to see anything more detailed than the birth certificate already made public by the Obama office and confirmed by public statements of the Governor and the director of the Dept of Health.
By this time 8 years ago we were all told to stop bickering about the stolen election and the Florida recount and just accept the Dummy as our President. By this time four years ago we were being Pavolov'd into accepting Arnold Schwarzenegger as a Presidential candidate. Now the shoe's on the other foot; except that Obama has already provided more documentation than the law requires.

The certification of live birth you are talking about was not ~made public by the Obama office", as you assert. It appeared at the Daily Kos one day.
It also is not a birth certificate and by law is not a legal instrument in leu of a birth certificate.
Meaning that the form that appeared online even the issuing agency (Hawaii) does not accept as proof of birth. Period.

The Obama office, a year ago, made public the Hawaiian birth certificate with the impression seal, and it was examined by a variety of journalists, including those from FactCheck, and clearly the real thing. It shows that Obama was born in Honolulu and that his birth was registered at the Dept of Health within two business days. FactCheck also found two Honolulu newspapers that reported Obama's birth, with his parents' Honolulu address, within a week of that registration in lists provided by the Dept of Health.
As for "by law not a legal instrument in lieu of a birth certificate" - the certificate itself references two Hawaiian statutes that this document, issued by the Hawaii Dept of Health, is the legal equivalent of any other birth document as satisfactory evidence of Hawaiian birth. By what authority do you claim that "even the issuing agency does not accept [it] as proof of birth. Period."??
They verified the short form
They verified the short form is real, which doesn't exclude the possibility the mother lied that he was born in Hawaii to save herself from having to pay an atty and go thru immigration. The birth announcement is automatically generated when a short-form bc is issued.
I've read on one of the lawyers' websites that the short form is not sufficient proof in court, which only makes sense.
That creates more problems
IF Obama had been born outside the US (which assumes that Mama Obama was willing to travel, using the sort of airplanes available in 1961, to go to the opposite end of the world and entrust the birthing to some third world clinic -- but simultaneously pretend that he was born in Hawaii), she would need some documentation to bring him from his birthplace into the US. We have no evidence at all that his mother left the US for his birth.
In 1961 the State of Hawaii wasn't issuing the "short form" or at least not the same short form printed on green safety paper that the Obama office made public. That is a much more recent printout of the Health Dept database. In fact, there's some evidence that, two years into statehood, Hawaii was still using up old territory of Hawaii forms.
The birth certificate shows his birth was registed at the DOH within two business days. In 1961 I doubt there was any way to fake this from the other side of the planet.
One of the websites was able to track down a colleague of the very doctor who handled Obama's birth in Hawaii, and he remembered the doctor commenting on the name 48 years ago.
No sensible lawyer would make that claim about the Hawaii "short form" because it positively contradicts Hawaii statutes (which are cited on the short form and can be read using FindLaw and other free services). What I have found is that people who cannot or will not understand clear English have read that a birth certificate (even the long form or the one issued right after the birth) is not, itself, proof of identity. Any adult in any state can show up to apply for a drivers license or a passport, but if the only thing he has with his purported name on it is a decades-old birth certificate (even with a tiny footprint), nobody will accept that he is the baby named therein without something a good deal more recent and descriptive (or illustrated) such as his photo in his school yearbook or something. That's the difference between using a birth certificate as proof of citizenship and trying to use it for identification.

It didn't even need to be the mother. Their rules were so loose, even the grandmother could have sworn he was born in Hawaii. Taitz made the claim the address in the birth announcement was the grandparents.
I don't find it far fetched that she traveled there on summer break to meet the family or have the baby there.

Bring that doctor to court, and let him testify and be scrutinized. There's no way the form Obama presented as proof of Hawaiin birth would hold up in court. He's not natural born anyway since his father was not a citizen, but I'm sure the court would overlook that.
