Is it forced vaccination or just forced quarantine?

I keep hearing about all of the "forced vaccinations", but from what I gathered from Judge Nap's recent discussion on Fox, it's really more that they quarantine you, maybe even in your own home, and don't literally force you down and stick a needle in your arm (YET!). While both suck, it's not nearly as bad for home quarantine.
Is there any legislation being proposed that gives local authorities the power to hold a person down and inject an unwanted fluid into their body? If/when that happens, the proverbial S will definitely HTF.

Unfortunately Florida has a statute on the books the mandates forced vaccination by any means necessary! There is currently a lawsuit filed against Gov. Charlie Crist as well as other state officials concerning this subject by a brave retired USAF Col. Carmen Reynolds. Watch the video!

Here's what the actual statute says...
"Ordering an individual to be examined, tested, vaccinated, treated, or quarantined for communicable diseases that have significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to public health. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to be examined, tested, vaccinated, or treated for reasons of health, religion, or conscience may be subjected to quarantine. "

Now, I'm not saying forced quarantine is a good thing, but is kinda sorta maybe understandable in the most extreme circumstances. IMO, it would have to be in your home, and the agency forcing quarantine would have to guarantee that you are provided with food, medicine and other essentials.
Otherwise, they better come well armed!

Don't get me wrong, I'm against any government intervention into our personal and private lives.
My point is that quarantine and forced injections are two different things, one much worse than the other.

Im in health care and it seems like if you dont get the vaccination... you cant work in healthcare. Are you a parent that wont get their kids piggy flu vaccinations? Then you cannot bring your child to school and we will call child services on you. So now you have doctors, nurses, emt's, all hospital employees, all military personel, cops, firemen, teachers, grade school students... how long before it spreads to all government employees (bus drivers, mailmen, sanitation, health inspectors ect), all food service personel (fast food and sit down resturants), chain department stores (walmart, coscos)... The vaccine is not "manditory"... but you will not be allowed to work or operate in society without it. But its not manditory.... no one is forcing you. But you cannot leave your house, you cannot "buy or sell" without it. But its not being forced on you... but you must have it done. talk about medical tyranny

Here's the deal..
I know someone in this situation, and none of the Doctors or nurses want this vaccination...so what happens? Everything gets signed off on saying the vaccines were given, and then that amount are trashed...game over.
Find someone trustworthy, I guarantee you there are like minded people thinking the same exact thing you are.

I know that most on the DP are against
mandatory quarantine, but think about this for a minute.
Before you think I am a troll, or whatever, quarantine isn't so bad, if one is actually sick, because from a libertarian viewpoint (biblical too) one would be stepping on another's rights by spreading the disease to them. Now, I am NOT saying forced quarantine in a FEMA camp, just quarantine in one's home IF one has a serious disease that is spreading. AND I am not saying forced vaccinations are okay, either. (I am a grandmother of 18, and mother of 6 who never believed in vaccinations, and didn't get my children vaccinated. What do you think? Be glad to discuss it with anyone, unless they get insulting, because my parents just left from a 3 week visit, and I am still emotionally recuperating from that.

makes good sense to me, 'hope'! This can be viewed from a libertarian viewpoint. If quarantined at home, you would have to be allowed to get food, medicine, and other necessities, of course. I definitely agree that forced vaccination and/or FEMA camp quarantine would warrant full revolt!

The way I understand it
you are correct. There is legislation giving one the "choice" between vaccination and quarantine, but one could end up quarantined for an indefinite amount of time, and not at home, either. I know of no legislation that allows vaccination by force.
Just a sidenote, there are examples of forced vaccination in history. Prussia in the 19th century had a mandatory smallpox vaccination program, and anyone who tried to resist it was punished by being held down and jabbed 10 times in each arm. Didn't do them much good, though. After 35 years of 100% vaccination rates, a smallpox outbreak in Prussia resulted in about a million cases and nearly 125,000 deaths from smallpox. So much for the theory smallpox vaccine eradicated smallpox.

This particular case might have been optional on the part of the employer (but obviously not the employee), but "good practices" such as this soon become regulation due to influence of established businesses using government to force their new competition to jump through more hoops and to conform.

there's no way the owner can fire you? I think, and all libertarians should think, that he should be able to fire you simply for not liking you.
