Richard Gage hands JREF forum 9/11 debunker his intellectual ass in Washington DC

On Monday, July 20, 2009, BGM followed Richard Gage, AIA, founder of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, on the final day of his visit to Washington, D.C.
The final stop was the White House where Gage, with Slesinger, laid an AE911Truth banner on the sidewalk and addressed the tourists gathered there. Gage got into a heated but cordial debate with a man who identified himself as Kevin, a "reformed truther" and the former "debunking director" on the JREF Forum.

because I just posted this on another thread. I applaud Mr. Gauge for his efforts but want to emphasize how a discussion of the physical evidence prevents us from having a more profitable discussion.
Study 9-11 from a broader perspective to gain a better understanding of it. Those of us who try and prove it was an inside job by interpreting the physical evidence are doomed to falling into fruitless debates that boil down to, "The experts I'm citing are better than your experts." It's a quagmire.
According to Michael Ruppert, author of Crossing the Rubicon:
"These discussions of what possibly induced that [collapse of the towers] is a major psychological operations campaign designed to keep the American people from looking at the evidence of guilt."

I honestly don't know how anyone in their right mind can think those towers collapsed without the assistance of a tremendous amount of explosives, but that is beside the point. We all have to look at 9-11 from a broader perspective.

I don't know how to break this to the debunkers,
but the 9/11 commission doesn't even believe the 9/11 commission report.
And in the new book by the man responsible for making the "official 9/11 commission report", John Farmer, he admits that the entire report was a bunch of lies by the government for the purpose of covering things up.

As a generalization,
I find "debunkers" to be desperate to preserve their own comfort zones which are provided by the lies.
They have no desire to recognize what they cannot psychologically handle, since they are gov't worshippers at heart.
Truthers on the other hand, have already ripped down their wall of denial, and can proceed into the ugly truths with their eyes open.
However, this doesn't mean that they are always right about every topic, but they are at least better prepared to see what they are going to see, and realize it when they see it.
