oh no! mandatory flu shots in ny,how can i get out of it?

The New York State Department of Health recently announced an emergency regulation mandating that all personnel in health care settings receive annual vaccinations against influenza by November 30th of each year, unless they have a medical contraindication to the vaccination.

I suggest to go in as a decent size group representing all walks, to avoid being isolated. Show your Sheriff this video. Be friendly and courteous during the encounter.

nine days. The second I got the nasal drip I went to my family doctor. He did all the testing including Swine flu and everything came back negative. Upon giving me the news I told him it did not matter for I would not take a vaccination for any of the flus especially the swine flu. His response is neither would he. What ever it takes my advice is don;t take it.

Just a question: If the government did make flu shots mandatory and said you had to go to an innoculation center, would any of you actually show up? I get the impression sometimes that certain folks would go to the center, stand in the line, roll up their sleeve, and say "I refuse to take this shot". Your chances of escaping it would be pretty slim at that point.

I have several family members in NY who don't want the vaccine, and we have a definite history of Alzheimer's. By any chance, do you have a link?
