I hope I stand out enough that people will want to know more about http://ronpaulchocolate.com. I have 3 Degrees from MIT and basically figured out how to milk (chocolate) the Ron Paul adhocracy to start an open source business model.
Isn't this the Revolution against "American Idol"-atry and fiat currency that debases a civilization into one-dimensional thinking. There's this silly tendency to go back to valuing papers, stones and metals with pictures engraved on it like the value is something other than in exchange. It's precisely the fact that personal utility of dollar income is non-linear that we have a broken culture that doesn't know how to value things. This is the thing that competing commodity currencies are good for. Most people don't think enough about what money means, and instead focus on how much of it they have.
I had already asked him my question before the Q&A and he had heard of http://ronpaulchocolate.com and enjoyed my belgian approach to teaching austrian economics. he already answered my question about why we should continue using federal reserve notes in light of the delicious so I look kinda stupid out of context.

I am a Bible College graduate with a B.S. degree - I get to speak at church sometimes - the last time I spoke, I preached (lectured, really, haha) on how Jesus (Y'Shua) confounded the Pharisees & Herodians in the NT book of Matthew - by demonstrating that their money (Roman coins) contained idolatry and deified Caesar - all the product of a wicked government, while they had intended to trap him with their question...
So, it reminded me of that study when you said that.

The bible is full of insight and is a guiding light for people who would change civilizations for the better since humanity repeats itself time and time again through history. Most Americans identify with the Bible and will go through some serious introspection when they consider the ways they put up idols to prevent something purely true from entering their mind. Ron Paul has a very simple message that is epitomized by his speech opposing the Congressional gold medal to the Dalai Lama and its ultimate passing much to the chagrin of China.
If this exchange doesn't obviate the need for a Ron Paul presidency then I don't know what does.

Paul must beat Huckabee on Bible-ing
If the CNN/YouTube debate didn't obviate a major point, it's that Paul himself needs to show he knows the Bible to beat Huckabee in debate. Ron Paul is often called iconoclastic, precisely because he's trying to destroy the coercive idolatry of "worship our dollars or die" that essentially bonds the Liberty of future generations into debt to those who would buy it.
Ron Paul knows that every empire falls because of its currency being debased. A lot of the best historical examples are recorded in the Bible.
The fact that throughout the Bible these acts of iconoclasm against the graven images and abstractions of suppressors obviates to me that idolatry is a profound human tendency to value rhetoric and symbols over truth and meaning.

I was kind of disappointed by Ron Paul's answer about illegal immigration. I understand that Ron was trying to be sympathetic but to say he doesn't believe in fences is a big let down. So if the economy is good under his administration then we will have lax border security? Ron is a good man that I support more then other any candidate, but he has to remain as firm on illegal immigration as he would be on wars, big government, civil liberties and our money.

He has stated before that he is against fences and that he firmly believes that once the economy is better we will be wanting more workers. The border issue for Ron is more of securing it so we know who is coming and who is going. A weak border leaves us open to attack.
A fence ruins the environment and would require eminent domain as many small farms exist on the river and you can't build the fence in the river or too close to it for environmental reasons.

Sounds like I'm backing the wrong horse. I want someone tough on illegal aliens. Like Tancredo. I don't care if the war in Iraq goes on forever just as long as they stop the illegal invasion and occupation by Mexico. If not a fence, what? Chuck Norris? I don't think so. I want a wall along our border, and a wall that can be seen from space!!! Short of that, maybe a military bases set up every 50 miles that does round the clock survelience.

His main goal is to take away the incentives and birthright citizenship to the illegals which will create much less desire to be here. If they have no jobs here, no free school, no free medical, no reason for pregnant mothers to come, there will be little reason for them to take a risk and cross. The military will guard the border for protection of terrorists, for lack of a better term.
