This morning at 9 AM, the House Financial Services Committee committee will hold a hearing on Ron Paul’s HR.1207 bill to audit the Fed. Dr. Paul has two-thirds of the House behind his bill to open the Fed’s monetary policy decisions to audits by the Government Accountability Office.

Finance Committee. That is probably a good thing. She would rather create UN bills that keep young girls from being married under the age of 16 in Saudi Arabia and Africa rather than wonder where did all this debt go????
For the record, Mr. Frank being chair cannot openly co-sponsor
bills its against rules. He supports this bill. I thanked him for his opening remarks regarding the history of this bill going back quite a ways in the 1980's. I thought he did as good a job as he could.
