I just put my apartment up for sale! Update

As I had planned some time...

Will have a lot of work to clean and move. Moving to my girl in another city...

Will probably be a hard time for me to get used to it, but I want to be with her.

Don´t know what I will do with the money besides paying of my debt!
Thinking gold/silver!

Anyway, I thought I´d show it..here it is...

Update 2: Tomorrow is moving day ( October 20 ) to my girk (Girl) with all my stuff...

Still thinking gold/silver...as soon I get my money...perhaps something invested in a china fund or something...dunno...

Gonna be weird to move to such a little town, I might get bored in a month or 2...I hope not..but I think real estate prices here will drop later on...so I probably make a good move..

Still have my apartment until the beginning of December...( I´ll leave a sleeping bag and a mattress+ my pc ). I think I´m gonna have a goodbye party with my friends in late November, my birthday anyway.... might miss them, but I still have all you here on Dailypaul :)

1. When did you buy it?
2. How much did you pay for it?
3. What did you sell it for?
4. Did a bank finance the sale or did you have to be creative with financing?
5. What state is it in?

1. 2001, but whas rental before that, moved in maj 1995
2. 396 000 SEK
3. 1 840 000 SEK
4. I think, she who bought it had financing, dunno more than that...
5. no state, but in Sweden... I think the price is pretty normal here now...
60 000 SEK/sq M

bright apartment and sooo clean. Good luck to you both but I don't think you will need it. You two sound like your both ready to settle down. I would like to sell my place but I can't convince my husband.

I'm having a garage sale. Oh, what a job! It gets harder every time I have one. We have so much clutter and junk. I went in the attic and it was a mess. I started moving things out and I have several empty boxes, if boxes were currency, I'd be rich. My sons, have so much school papers and baseball hats. What is it with men and all those baseball hats, they never wear. LOL I guess it is the same thing as me with saving empty boxes. LOL

Yeah I hope it is clean, mother helped me we have cleaned for 2 weeks now..but everything is ok now, even the attic cleaned...

I feel beat...

I got a good price also, so feels nice...still I will miss my little pearl...

I dunno about the collecting thing, but I sure had collected all sorts of waste...

I have alot to do in my home to get it ready.. it's a 1920's bungalow and we are going to try to sell it come spring..just so we can be more mobile when necessary!

* There are too many homes on the market but no buyers! Unemployment is at 14% in my county and most people are uncertain about the economy! I am hoping for a slight upswing by next spring but reality is... it could take a year to sell!!

Right now it feels like a huge anchor because I really want to sail away!! lol!
