Did anyone notice in Grayson's opening statement that he did not thank the good doctor. His line of questioning has been impressive, however, there is something about this guy that doesn't sit well with me.

of no beating around the bush and being all nicey, nicey. That Fed attorney was such a perfect slippery worm wasn't he?

The Fed will have to print up an extra million bucks and give their worm a raise for his outstanding memorization of repeating over and over what the Federal Reserve's monetary policy is.

He never once answered any question directly and did a great job by avoiding the questions.

However, I think we are all well-advised to view EVERY elected official with a certain degree of suspicion - especially if they're a post-turtle.

they are a private corp doesn't mean that they are. It's a logically fallacy to say so. What the counsel is doing is repeating the lie that was started in 1913 by the politicians.

The people didn't want a government-bank, so the legislation was crafted so as for it to appear as a private bank (ie. the banks were made to "own" shares in the FED for ex, while in reality they are just a, a tax, and b, a smokescreen to fool the public). Harry Browne has talken about this. And no serious economist with the Mises Institute thinks its private.

Cunning lawyers are responsible for legalese. Im sure Obama says words and phrases precisely! This is why government officials ALWAYS say things like "Taxpayers have a responsibility" or "Citizens of the United States are required", instead of saying "people have a duty..." or anything of the like, because "Taxpayers" is defined, "citizens of the United States" is defined.
Like I mentioned the other day, the carpool signs say "CARPOOL IS 3 OR MORE PERSONS PER VEHICLE"...it purposefully doesnt say "CARPOOL IS 3 OR MORE PEOPLE" because people is different than person.
