A private activist organization apparently is picking up where the federal government left off when the Department of Homeland Security issued its "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" warning that returning veterans and people in a long list of other categories were potential terrorists.
Only the new warning, delivered recently to police officers, sheriffs and other law enforcement personnel across the country, is lumping those dedicated to the constitutional principles on which the nation was founded together with crazed killers.
The fall 2009 "Intelligence Report" was issued recently by the Southern Poverty Law Center, where officials confirmed to WND it was published specifically for and delivered to law enforcement personnel across the nation. The SPLC did not respond to a WND request for other comment
But the article groups members of various organizations such as Oathkeepers – whose mainly military and law enforcement members pledge to uphold their constitutional duties, including the duty to question and refuse what appear to be illegitimate orders – with a man "said to be interested in joining a militia" who is accused of killing two deputies in Florida.

Obviously the jackboots in NJ do. Can they really be this ignorant or are they afraid of loosing their job? Blows my mind.

The Founders feared a standing army. They perceived a standing army as a threat to the freedom of the American people. Personally, I don't think we have to worry about our armed forces.
What we do need to be concerned about is the proliferation of hate groups like the SPLC and the Department of Homeland Terrorism. These groups spread hatred and disinformation to law enforcement groups, demonizing legitimate organizations and groups by associating them with racist, anti-semitic and terrorist movements. And this is no accident.
We need to continue to expose and discredit groups like this. They are the real threat to our freedoms. We also need to expose the fact that many of these racist and anti-semitic groups are kept alive with our tax dollars. It is in the interests of the hate groups to promote hatred where ever and when ever they can.
We also need to remain on good terms with local law enforcement and keep them informed of our activities. They need to realize that the real threat is coming from the hate groups who are smearing us and associating us with criminal organizations.

Anything that would dare to potentially advance the cause of freedom in the US is demonized by the SPLC.
And of course, the same is true of their partner in crime, the ADL.
These are organizations which work tirelessly to promote oppression and tyranny in our country.
Many suspect they and the ADL are actually front-groups for the Mossad.
