Random Aircraft Question

I just saw an aircraft that looked similar to this (in size) ---- http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/photos/uncategorized/2008/12... ---- however this one was clearly a jet and flying pretty fast. I live near Mayport Naval Station in Fl, and the air traffic has definitely picked up as of late ( random fighter jets, p3's and helis) but I've never seen this type of craft. I tried to search for it online but I cant find a small jet with a radar dome on top, any ideas of what it is?

Your Pic is an E-2C Hawkeye

E-3C (A,B,C,D,E,&F) Sentry (AWACS) is a 707/767 with a radome on top.

What you saw must be a new version?
I couldn't find anything other than the E-2/E-3's online either.
