Fusion Centers Hiring Private Mercenary Contractors!

They are using private contractors to avoid any FOIA/ oversight!! Please read this article ...

...firms such as Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), The Sytex Group and Operational Applications Inc. routinely place operatives within military intelligence and civilian fusion centers at a premium price.

Assange wonders whether these job placements are not simply evidence of corruption but rather, are "designed to evade a raft of hard won oversight laws which apply to the military and the police but not to contractors? Is it to keep selected personnel out of the Inspector General's eye?" The available evidence strongly suggests that it is.

to any of the articles from a few months ago outlining some Blackwater agents on the run because they were wanted in an investigation related to several murders of civilians (being used for target practice) in Iraq? The Blackwater agents went on the run, but called in to the feds several times to dictate the terms of their surrender. As best I can remember, there were a couple of paragraphs in the article outlining, in detail, how, because the Blackwater agents were contractors, they are not restricted by regular police/military laws or ethics guidelines, and not bound by the Geneva Convention. To my knowledge, the issue involving the contractors just disappeared and I never saw any further information released about the investigation.

This whole issue of private contractors being able to act as police/military without being held accountable as police/military needs to be dealt with. Congress doesn't even have a say in the affairs of private contractors using force:

just got to me and I just bumped your series on vaccinations! I have been sidetracked onto the Hardin, MT story all week!! I was just going to email you for an update on the MIAC ...damn! Now is the time to post it here! I dropped the ball on the MIAC/ Fusion Center...thank God you stayed with it...because now we are seeing these Fusion Centers progress to more sinster levels with the inclusion of military and mercs ...and maybe even a connection with the Hardin private paramilitary force/ mystery parent company... is posssibly government entity backed ..covertly of course. We are in deep doo, my girl !!

* Now...the day I posted this was where I found out about the Hardin story because you will see further in this post SteveMT made us aware of the Hardin situation. The reason I mention it again is because the two seem to be related! Also did you know that the NAFTA hwy is planned to go very near Hardin? See this post and it also mentions fusion centers!

A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.

The American Police Force organization is a paramilitary unit that “provides surveillance, investigative, and military services across the world,” according to its website, which shows men dressed in military fatigues carrying machine guns.

I've just begun to sort through this major info-load on all of the fusion center action in Montana.

It's difficult to avoid the clear implications of actions like these if the light of truth doesn't awaken enough people to stand in the gap, spiritually and physically, and send this tyranny back to where it came from.

U.S. Intelligence Budget: $75 Billion, 200,000 Operatives. Fusion Centers Will Have Access to Classified Military Intelligence
Speaking at San Francisco's Commonwealth Club September 15, Director of National Intelligence Admiral Dennis C. Blair, disclosed that the current annual budget for the 16 agency U.S. "Intelligence Community" (IC) clocks-in at $75 billion and employs some 200,000 operatives world-wide, including private contractors.

In unveiling an unclassified version of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS), Blair asserts he is seeking to break down "this old distinction between military and nonmilitary intelligence," stating that the "traditional fault line" separating secretive military programs from overall intelligence activities "is no longer relevant."

As if to emphasize the sweeping nature of Blair's remarks, Federal Computer Week reported September 17 that "some non-federal officials with the necessary clearances who work at intelligence fusion centers around the country will soon have limited access to classified terrorism-related information that resides in the Defense Department's classified network." it's rather overwhelming ..I have had to take some breaks to restore some balance in my life and regain strength and determination! This is a marathon fight..not a sprint..so be careful to pace yourself!

Go outside for a walk when it gets too much, get out in nature and have a "zen moment"!
