Interesting Question
If illegal=immoral
then she probably believes legal=moral
If so, then might makes right,
or might makes wrong.
Then her vote against
the Constitution makes her an immoral and criminal individual.
1976-1982 USMC, You can thank me for my service by voting for Dr. Ron Paul, President 2012
I'll agree with tannim on some basic premises
There are plenty of things that are illegal but are not immoral, such as hemp usage, and there are plenty of things that are legal that are immoral, such as price fixing.
In a word, NO
Immoral is a ethical construct with occasional religious connotations for those still stuck in that mode of thinking.
Illegal is a sick raptor.
Lots of illegal things are very moral, and lots of legal things are immoral. There is some overlap, but only in the cases of force and fraud, which is where the law should really focus anyway.
Lol, definitely not. Some
Lol, definitely not. Some things that are illegal are moral, like disobeying an SS officer in Nazi Germany.

Too many laws are imoral
according to natural law.
completely and totally disagree.
I can't stress that enough. Just think of the easy way out...it must work both ways right? So if it is legal then it is moral? That is surely an easy one.
Depends on where you look for your authority in the end..do you wait for government (Beasts) to lay down your moral path, or do you follow God's word, or at least the conscience that He gave you.
One is putting your faith and guidance in Man (6)
the other is putting your faith in God (7)
Get the point?
yes but...
two types of "law" are being discussed... in the case of 'minimum wage' civil law must take precedence because a contract is drawn up between the two parties and both parties have natural rights to their property...
when the two laws conflict, natural law always takes precedence
In my law
which is governed by the Word of God, i am to pay employee's daily and in cash so that they can feed their families.
Next?
she is trying to maintain
an indefensible position...
she is blurring "civil law" with "natural law"... she will be forced to redefine...
or the interviewer is purposely blending the two together in order to trap her which seems to be more likely...
